I purchased a pool liner that was manufactured by ***************************. (GLI) and installed on 8/29/20. The liner showed significant signs of the color fading within the first two years and a warranty claim was submitted to GLI on 3/3/23. A GLI representative, reviewed a photo of the liner's discoloration and indicated that he suspected it was the result of a chemical imbalance. Based on multiple water samples that I took to the installer, this was an inaccurate statement as they indicated the chemicals were in "perfect balance". GLI indicated that the issue was on record with a 3/3/23 as of date and I could follow up with the claim at any point in the future. On 10/11/24, I submitted additional photos to GLI as the deep blue color of the pool liner had faded to pure white. A video of the pool liner print rubbing off was also submitted. According to the installer, "the pool liner should not be this white even if the pool was filled with liquid chlorine". GLI claimed that this is not a manufacturing defect.Review from Debbie H.

Do NOT purchase a pool liner from this company, they don’t stand by there liners. I have in ground pool that had a liner for 25 years before we purchased a new one from GLI. it was installed in the later part of 2020 so the pool was treated for 4 days and closed for the winter with a top of the line cover. We opened it on 2021 and noticed a little discoloration. We finally got ahold of the company GLI because it was installed by a private pool company They will not help at all with this liner that looks worse than my liner of 25 yearsReview from Richard H

Bought pool liner, installed, filled up pool, liner ripped next day or two. Been back and forth but they claim no responsibility.Review from Kenya J

I purchased a pool liner from In the Swim but the liner actually came from GLI pool Products. This is the worst liner I have ever had. After the first summer I developed a calcium build up. I went to my local pool store and was told cheaper liner are pack in white powder and that is what caused the buildup. I cleaned it and then again same thing. It has started to rip now and it's only been 3 years as for 5/20/2024. They refused to stand behind any warranty. Told me my chemicals were off balance. NOT TRUE. I just don't see how this liner ripped.Review from Mickey S

I own a GLI make pool liner. Only 4 years old and coming apart like my previous liners at 9 and 10 years old.They claim I have contaminated it with something and refuse to offer any compensation.
