I paid $1330.73 for an ** shifter that "Could have been the issue" Also, I paid $364.27 for a harness that "Could have been the issue." None of the ***** parts I bought fixed the transmission issue. As you know, they're not refundable. So, I wasted $1695.00. Unexceptable!I bought the ** shifter on my own because I knew Cerni would rip me off. Just like they did for harness I could have got for $100.00 less on the internet.I brought the truck in on Thursday, may 11th. They started working on it Friday morning. They left me in limbo, without calling me, to give me an update. Luckily, an office manager was there when I had to call. Communication is terrible in that place. I had to go there every day since then to see what was going on. They kept blaming Roadranger for their issues.Roadranger gave them the possibilities on what could be the issue with my transmission. ALL the info roadranger gave to Cerni was bad and cost me almost $1700.00. Hours, days and alot of my money were wasted!I took my truck back on May 19th. 6 days and $4400.00 dollars later and the truck is still sitting, unfixed. They gave some ******** excuse about the "2nd level team" waiting to call them back about speed sensors. That was the last straw. ***, the service manager wouldn't help me one bit on the parts or labor. I yelled at the guy. He wanted to keep my truck and continue to waste my time and money. There was no way in h*** that he was going to s**** me out of $4400.00 and then some. The owner, **** Cerni tried to bribe me with a pathetic $200.00 store credit. I'll never go there again. A full refund is warranted.
