  I purchased a motor trike conversion trike kit package for $19,500.00 through trikes by ****** this year. there was a signed agreement for $2,000.00 that he was going to assemble the conversion kit to my 2014 Kawasaki vaquero {which had no problems} and have it completed by July 2022. it was not, there were problems with the reverse, error codes, electrical problems, and the drivetrain which were supposed to corrected. when we went to pick up the completion of the bike, there were other problems, such as the body was offset, the clutch was loose, and the brakes were not working. i pointed this all out to cody parke rand he told me he will not charge me the assemble cost and to take it to someone else that he was sick of this bike. the bike had to be trailered home. when i got the bike home i took it to my mechanic and were other problems such as, my custom exhaust pipes were cut and welded and not lined up with bike, the drivetrain belt was too tight and out of alignment and too close to the exhaust showing burn marks and causing problems with the shaft, which needs to be shimmed, more error codes, the bike is still in the process of being looked over, my mechanic says this bike cannot be ridden and is a safety hazard and should be sent to a respectable licensed motor trike conversion kit dealer to be properly reassembled.

  A mechanic has been going over the trike and Motortrike has been involved. Motortrike is in Texas and said if we can get the bike there they would redo the whole trike at no cost. I would like a payment of $4000.00 from trikes by ****** to trailer this bike to texas. this would be for travel expenses for hotel fee, food, gas etc.  i would probably have to pay someone to trailer this bike, if i was to go this is not including my loss of wages. i would be satisfied by getting this motorcycle to motortrike to be redone. since cody parker did say take it somewhere else. and yes we had to trailer the bike home, we got on the highway and that's when it was noticed the motorcycle wasn't safe.
