On March 11, 2022, I used my debit card to purchase a yearly subscription to the Anadarko Daily News for $87. On September 27, 2022, I canceled my subscription due to only receiving two papers per week for the month of September when I should have received six papers per week. When I called to cancel, the service representative stated she would let "them" know and I would hear back from "them." The current date is October 11, 2022, and I have NOT heard back from "them" nor have I received a refund for the roughly 6 months of services left prior to the cancellation. Living in a small town, a refund should not take multiple weeks to process and send.Business response
