I bought a used car at The ************ location on August 10th and still have not received the title 2 months later. I cannot get it tagged and registered until I get the title. They are now going to charge me 3 dollars a day in fees. I am already super unhappy with my purchase of a fricken broken car and I am going to report Patriot to BBB. The tag office can't even find the car in their system, they assume it's an out of state title. If it weren't for the c*** lemon laws in this state I would be suing. The transmission fully went out 3 days after I bought it. That is absolutely ridiculous. Anyway aside from your shady business practices I would like my title to my broken car please.Review from Diana H

My daughter and I each get this mailing called Crack the Vault. Scratch off to see if you win a prize and if you get a match, call a number with your activation number to confirm youre a winner. We happen to both get a match on a $3250 winning. Of course were skeptical so we each call with our activation number and questions. The gal verifies my activation code is a winner. She tells me I simply take the flyer and my ID to the dealership and get my prize, no purchase necessary. Knowing my daughter is also a winner, I ask her how they keep from going broke. She tells me insurance covers the winners. I ask if no purchase is necessary, whats their motivation. She tells me that even if were not in the market for a vehicle, well hopefully remember them in the future. I verify again that Im walking into the dealership with the flyer and my ID and Im handed my $3250 cash. She says yes. Leads us to believe this is their way of advertising, a ************ son-in-law begins the hour drive to the dealership to claim their prize. My daughter, still skeptical, calls the dealership directly since its a different phone number. The dealership verified the promotion and told her the person in charge of it.Well, we were right to be skeptical, because theyre liars. Once he got there, they tell him his prize isnt $3250 cash. Its being entered into a drawing to win $3250. The gal at the activation number told each of us we were getting our cash prize once we arrived. She didnt say once we get there, were entered into a drawing for a chance to win. The small print doesnt mention anything about winning a drawing ticket. Once my son-in-law wasnt interested in an appraisal on his current truck, he got the run around until he left.We will never give this scheming, lying dealership our business. Its frustrating that they lie when you ask questions to verify legitimacy. If they lie about this and scheme to get you on site, what else do they lie about?Review from J K P

Watch out for reconditioning fees. We were charged $4,520.00, tacked on to the price. I asked for a list of the reconditioning that was completed and didnt receive one. After driving 2 1/2 hours one way, they told us about this bogus fee. Which is legal in ******** and negotiable, but Patriot didnt want to negotiate.Review from Beverly T

Patriot Dodge in ***** ripped me off for $13,300. They rolled the payoff of one car into the new payment claiming I would get a check to payoff the old car. 7 weeks later, I have no check and no title for the new used car. ***************** was the salesman and of course, I can get nothing but a run around from anyone I talk to or confront. These people stole over $13,300. from a 70 year old woman without a care in the world. Bad people to do business with. Absolutely go somewhere else!!Review from Kimberly W

Advertising Bait and Switch SCAM. I received a mailer from Patriot Auto Group which had a scratch off contest. After scratching off all the slots, it showed I had a match for a $3250.00 prize. I called the dealership and was told after I had given the activation code that I was a winner. I was told that I needed to bring my driver's license and to contact a person at the dealership about the prize and show them the mailer. I am retired and live in *******, *****. I told my son that I wanted him to go with me to the dealership because it was an hour and half drive, and I didn't want to be alone if I had car problems. He too called the dealership and was told the same info I was given. He explained how far we were having to drive, that I did not want a new car, and only wanted the prize. He was assured that I had won a prize and to come ahead.Upon arrival we were connected with a sales rep who took down all my contact info, including my car info. He then started his sales pitch. I informed him that I was only interested in the prize. He left and another employee arrived and took us to the prize table. He showed us the winning activation codes for all the big prizes. My code did not match any of those but did fall in an all the other codes category. I was told that my prize was in an envelope taped on a window and I should pick one. Inside was a $5.00 bill. I told him it did not even cover the cost of gasoline to get there. I then wanted the mailer back but was told they keep them. When I again mentioned the $3250 it indicated I had won, he told me they had mailed about 45, 000 of them out and that almost all show the $3250 win. I gave him the $5.00 back and took the mailer back in case there is some type of class action against them in the future.Review from DYREECE J

Patriot chevrolet in ardmore I saw a car on a general I was interested. The next day I went and looked it me and my daughter go drive it. The cars body and interior was immaculant and they keep telling me what a g reat car it was. We didn't it drove to bad .I had cash they want me to finance I said no.. so me as a woman not knowing alot about car I bought wouldn't negotiate at all so he told me he was gonna get all the fluids change all the fluids and clean it fill it up with gas and he would bring that evening s o than he calls and said it would be the next morning I waited for someone to call til I finally called them after one o'clock. Well didnt car that day but the salesman could let me know anything. My bf takes me there the next because I had a dr appt 3 hours. It took them 4ever to d find the keys but they got the car out to me. I left in going going the highways I realized that the car wasn't running to good when looked under the we realize the oil wasn't changed it was low on water and it had no antifreeze the tires are bad on front and one thing after the let me with a dealer tag on so I had to go back and get one. I have talked to a few people ok I paid cash and extended warranty would have been 3 or 4 thousand more dollars and I barely had the money to pay for it. They don't wanna even to help me I ended up hating this car today will be day 4 and I literally hate it. I am a 56 yr old woman raising my grandson. I don't work I have diabetis and I had back surgery a few months back.. I got lucky Iat casino l won enough cash to buy me a different vehicle. They so took advantage of e 10 000 $ a car that probly worth 3000 I go home and start look at similar cars and the first one was this car for 7500. And seen it on a few websites for 7500 and tho only came down for me 500$ so there's 2500 somebody put in their pocket progly the guy sold it to me. So im furious they really don't want to fix it. They aren't going to do nothing s hamiltonReview from Jeremy P
