I moved into a new home in 2021. In December of that year I noted that the picture window in my dining room was not sealed properly, and since it was in the first year was covered by my warranty. It is now almost 2 years later. Today they attempted to deliver and install the seventh window. However, this one has a large, scratch down the middle, and they couldnt put it in. The last one was the wrong size. The five prior to that were all flawed or the seal was broken. I have a The five prior to that were all flawed or the seal was broken. I have attempted to work out this problem and a fair and equitable way. However, I am now out of patience. I just need this to be resolved. When I discuss this with the manager of Mill Creek, he tries to get me to contact his subcontractor who he bought the window from. That is not my responsibility. That is his. And I told him as much.
