I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership on April 21, when speaking with ****** at this location she promised that I would have a check or a wire transfer when I picked up the new vehicle for the vehicle I was trading in when I arrive there Mr. ********* said that's not how it works and he would give me the check as soon as he received the title. The title was sent to Chris Nikel on April 24, ********* called my father on April 27 and told him to check would be mailed out that day when we had not received the check by May 3 my father called and spoke with *** and he said there was confusion on the way the sale was entered needed his drivers license photo and promised the check would be sent out by May 4 or fifth and would let him know when it was in the mail. On May 6 we had just not heard anything or received the check I communicated with Mr. ***** and he said we would have it by May 19, said he never said that we would have it previously, calling my father and I both liars. I attempted to reach both Chris Nichol and Dallas Nichol, Chris Nikel said he is no longer involved with the business and we need to speak with his son, multiple phone calls and emails to him have received no return.

This car place has been a true headache. Thomas sale manager did help us & offered to pay for my daughter tag which is a 1200 check but here is my problem We're going on three months without a title to get my daughter tag so that me that my daughter tag is going to cost well over $1200 that I should not have to pay anything out of my pocket because it's not my fault they're at fault for everything. I have proof of everything as well Requesting Refund (please see attached) Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/04/22) */ Reached out to customer to let her know her Title is ready along with her check for TT&L. I bought my jeep from them on 12/7/07 . At the time of the purchase they guaranteed me 9.99 oil changes . I have paperwork confirming this . For the last several oil changes they have tried to charge me more and I would have to argue with them . Today it happened again over 4.00 , I waited already almost 3 hours for my vehicle me and **** the manager went back and forth. He was taking joy in hustling me. I paid the extra money so I could go. 4 dollars isn't alot but a business should honor there guarantees . I would like assurance that in the future they will honor their guarantee to change my oil for 9.99 with out having long drawn out debate.

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/12/22) */ Resolved customer's issue. Explained the reasoning for charges. The customer and dealer came to an agreement. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2021/12/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) ************ contacted me and said he assured me that he would honor his grandfathers 9.99 oil change promise and that's all I would be charged from now on . He also offered to pay for my next oil change . Hopefully when I go in for my next oilchange in a few months , his service managers will do what he said .
