I had a car accident Oct 3rd and spoke to ************************* and they stated they would set up my car to be fixed at their preferred auto body shop. She made the appointment and I dropped my car off at Gerber Collision Works at ***** Hills on 71st Street on October 14. I called several times starting at 3 weeks asking when I could expect my car to be returned. The excuses (fired a lady for not ordering parts correctly) and lies (car is ready just waiting on headlight, waiting on radiator, waiting on brackets, etc.) have been rampant. I am currently without a car at day 53 and was even promised a rental car last week (that didn't happen either). Progressive states I have to talk to the shop and they can't assist me in any way. ****** keeps saying they need a different parts (3x) even weeks after firing the person that did it wrong. If that person ordered wrong and you've had the car over a month, any one with sense would go over the parts needed with a fine tooth comb and get it done. Not Gerber. I want my car back now! And I want to report ********************* (case #**-*******) for doing absolutely NOTHING to get my car back.Customer response
