I received a bill from Seacoast Emergency Physicians. For some reason they billed me before sending my claim to the insurance company. I called their billing number. Put on hold for over 30 minutes before losing call.They are billing people for full amounts and hoping patients are stupid enough to pay the full amount.Initial Complaint

My daughter went to urgent care on 3/22/23. It should have been paid for by insurance but we got a bill for ******. I called insurance and they said the billing company coded the visit wrong - they coded it as a specialist instead of an urgent care visit and we didnt have a referral for a specialist. I called the ****************************************************************************** to an senior advocate where I got a voice mail. I left a message. No call back. 1 month later I got another bill w same issue. Called back. Immediately forwarded and got voice mail again Called back and was given a ticket number-and they said it would be fixed in a week. I didnt hear anything so I assumed it was That still didnt work though because a month later I got a bill. Called again and was forwarded to Voicemail despite me asking to not be forwarded to a senior advocate bc I dont think they actually exists. Left another detailed message and got no phone call. I just got a final notice that its going to debt collectors if not paid in 15 days so I tried again and its going immediately to voice mail. I also filed an online complaint through their website and havent heard anything. Its not ok
