One star is too much for this woman. I rented a property on Sun River act in ******, from this woman, ***, (Farsi, LLC) she had just purchased the home, did NO REPAIRS and at the time I was renting COVID-19 had just came out and she did not have this property carpet clean nor did she bother to sanitize the home. We were her renters for 1 year, took better care of her property than she did and when it was time to move out, she hired a woman to clean and the new renters were coming to clean and clean the carpet I had gotten professionally done before I was moving. I was told I would receive my deposit within a few weeks and then *** had made allegations that the property was damaged etc.I tried several times to get a hold of *** regarding my deposit and she IGNORED ALL OF MY CALLS, etc. I even went to Beverlys a restaurant she owned and she would hide from meShe kept my full deposit and tried to lie to me about keeping my full deposit because the home had damages. Not true. One thing I do before I move in a home as I take pictures of everything I have proof that that home had damages in it, and she never repaired them when I reported them to her every month that I live there so be aware of renting from her she will keep your deposit. She will never come fix her property that you and your family resided in or that youre paying rent for because she doesnt care And she would dodge you when she had to give your deposit back or make up a reason why she wont give it back to you.

Farsi owns a rental home in Marble Leaf Addition that has not been maintained. Yard has 4’ grass and weeds, junk piled on outside of property and a junk car in the driveway. Very irresponsible home owner. **** ** ***** ****** ******* ** *****
