Wades RV is amazing. We traveled from Minnesota, not knowing if the dealership was honest concerning an RV they were selling. After a 10 hour drive to Oklahoma we arrived to an amazing experience…the team of people that helped us along with the owner….we can’t say enough about how happy we are with the RV they provided and the service. This is our first motorhome and Wade & team recognized this and dedicate the time and resources to make for an unbelievable experience. We will have no problem making this trip again for our next RV.Review from Thomas D

They kept the motor home over a month and then said it was ready. When we got there it was not ready. It was not fixed. They tore up a piece of the floor and then denied it but luckily we had a picture where it was fine and they stuck a piece of carpet over it. Had a leak and called them. They said they would not cover it yet it was not leaking when we left it. Poor service wade was very nice but he is a used car salesman. the lady we dealt with Maggie in service acted like we were a problem and was very off putting. I would not take a pup tent there to get it fixed.Review from Terrie M

I had absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience at Wade’s RV I have ever experienced anywhere! From day 1 of delivery date of my brand new 2022 RV. They made us wait for over 6 hrs. Claiming they heard a noise in 1 of the slides. After that, I continued to have multiple issues with my brand new 2022 RV, some were life threatening issues (3 awning bolts completely pull out) they showed no concern at all. Each time ( 6 total) I brought it in for warranty work they did not update me on the status, they would not return my calls, they kept it for months at a time. When I finally did get someone to update me, they made excuses and left me hanging again. When they finally would tell me it was ready. I would have to arrange for a ride, travel 32 miles one way for 35 minutes, pay tolls, pay gas, and pay for the ride. Upon arrival each time I got there the work was incomplete. One time my RV was a total mess, dirt, wood particles, handprints, etc. inside. The last time I last time I summited a warranty claim (Jan 2023) they told me everything was approved, but asked me to wait a couple of weeks to bring it in. I brought it on 8 Feb 2023. I called multiple times with a promise from Wade's employees of a call me back. I never got one. Then I get an email from the service dept. on 14 May 2023 advising me that the decals that were coming off and the painting of scratch made by the awning separating from the RV was not covered by the warranty. They wanted to pay them over $155 to fix warranty work!!! They didn't even have the decency to call me. Just sent an email. Unbelievable, horrible customer service. I don't know how they are still in business. Just a bunch of idiots dancing on top of RV. One last thing. The last time I went to pick up my RV there was a man they said was the CEO over all 3 stores. He was right there smiling at me when I was talking is the shop supervisor. He didn't even ask me what was the problem. Huh, really??? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUN WAY FAST!Review from Peter M

Update to my "Buyer Beware!" Review Shortly after I posted this review, the owner of Wade's RV reached out to me to apologize, get more details about what happened and committed to making things right. Even though Wade's is a family owned dealership, he let me know that my review was the first time he learned of the issue and admitted things slipped through the cracks in a couple areas. The 20 minute conversation was professional, non-confrontational and productive. He genuinely wanted my feedback and at no time did he ask me to delete or change my review. You can learn a lot about people in the way they handle problems and I now feel so much better about my purchase from Wade's.Review from Peter M

Buyer Beware! I recently bought a motorhome from Wade's RV and everything started off very well. They priced it well and I was able to get even more off and got to a price I was very happy with. My salesman even offered to pick me up from the airport when I take delivery. From that point on, my satisfaction started to slip. I soon realized they were hoping to make thousands of $ from the loan and warranty for my RV. The warranty they offered was ridiculously overpriced and I suspect they were trying to add 1/4%-1/2% to the loan (I have no proof of this). I realize this is a business and they have try to make money through various areas of the dealership, but the finance guy just seemed shady so I went with my own financing and extended warranty. A few weeks later, I confirmed with the salesman that everything on the punch-out list had been completed and I fly to Oklahoma to pick up the RV only to find that 80% of the punch-out list had not been completed. To their credit, they immediately put a bunch of techs on the job and corrected everything in less than 2 hours. The last irritating thing was regarding a missing item. In my haste to get out and on the road, I didn't notice the ladder for the drop down bunk was missing. I realized this a few days later and reached out to the salesman. 5 weeks go by. He finally responds and tells me the previous owner found the ladder and brought it to the dealership. Great! 3 more weeks go by. Where's the ladder? Now, because of some BS excuse that my RV purchase has been closed out on their books, they don't have an "account" to bill the shipping to and they want me to pay for shipping. Well, possibly...how much is shipping? $85!! I told them I thought the "account" excuse was BS and I'm not paying $85 shipping for the ladder. I haven't heard a word from them since. All in all, Wade's is no better/no worse than probably 75% of the RV dealers out there. Just be aware, especially if you're an out of town buyer.Review from Howard W

Spent 500,000 on a entega Anthem.got a great deal.only if they would have done a complete overall inspection of this bus.From the day we left with it so many issues.And no knowledge on how to use some of the features.Now it goes back to the manufacture for repairs .Most of this could have been prevented if someone had done there job.super nice people.no inside structure what so ever.very unorganized and not well trained on what they sell
