I contacted Bed Bug Brigade LLC. on 21 of June 2022 for a treatment of bed bugs on the day of 27 of June 2022 at 10am. They told me that they would heat treat the house & do a chemical spray for a treatment plan with a 60 day full service ( *************** Treatment) warranty if we still see bed bugs after the treatment which would be in effect until the 27th of August 2022. The plan required us to prep the house & stay out of the house overnight so the treatment can be effective. My ********** ended up having to stay in hotel rooms for the night that which we were charged around a total of $250.I contacted Bed Bug Brigade on the 25 of July to use the warranty clause & after multiple unreturned texts, calls, & emails I finally had to call them from a different ********** agreed to a follow up treatment of just chemical spray on the 10 of August 2022 at 2:00pm. The treatment required us to prep the house by pulling all the furniture 6 inches away from the walls. On the day of 10 August 2022, I took off work 3 hours early to come home & help prep the house for the treatment at 2:00pm. 2:00pm came & no one showed up. I waited till 2:12pm to contact them & see how far behind they are running. They failed to answer my call so I sent a text at 2:14pm. I also called & texted another number that was given to me for a contact at 2:18pm & did not have an answer then either. I called from two other ************** an email which all went un answered. On the 10 of August 2022 at 3:36pm ,after failing to call & show up, I finally received a text that said "Im so sorry Im out of town for work. No one showed up?" to which I replied & asked for a reschedule for the 15th of August 2022 which I received no reply to. I paid $1136.20 for my house to treated & that doesn't include hotels that we paid for as for the treatment plan & me missing out on work for 3 & 1/2 for our scheduled warranty follow up treatment that were a no call no show.

On 17 November 2021, ***************************, Bug Brigade owner, heat treated our home in Bridge Creek to kill any bed bugs that were present. He only had 2 of his 3 burners working on that very cold day, and our home is a fairly large, 2-story home. Near 11:00pm, he put his gear away and said it was done. But when he left, i checked the temperature upstairs and it was barely 84 degrees. To kill bed bugs, it must get over 122 degrees for at least an hour. We paid him $2,000, as we had caught it early and it wasn't a bad infestation. 3 weeks later my wife was getting bitten again, and I asked him to heat the home completely this time. On 16 Dec, he chose to spray powder insecticide only and said we could address it if they came back; that our warrantee was 60 days after his last treatment. ON 6 Jan the bugs were back and biting my wife again. After 4 days I called him about it. A woman answered his cell at 830 on 10 Jan and said he'd call me back. I called Tuesday, 11 Dec, no answer. I called 4 different Ph #s I found for ******************************** Him, texted him/her, and left many voice mails asking for their help. As of 14 Dec, 8:00 pm, no one has returned a call, text, ******** post or email. We are still within out 60-day original warrantee and have been extremely careful, literally DeConning into and out of the house, treating all vehicles with pro-grade spray (same chem he uses), Bug Brigade has not returned my many attempts requesting his help. He is intentionally ignoring my requests. We paid him a $500 deposit + $1,500 after heat treatment and have followed all his instructions to a tee. Bug Brigade did not fully heat our home on the initial treatment. The eggs, which take ***** days to incubate, hatch and more bugs come out to feed. This has traumatized my wife and I. We are not sleeping and this is really affecting us. Please help We have no more money to get our home treated by another company. He is not fulfilling his 60-day warrantee which we paid him to honor.
