Bought a Savaire room Air Conditioner Model ******* from Locke's last year the cooling part worked good and when switched it to heat it worked 3 or 4 weeks, that was 6 months ago! An A/C man came looked at it and talked to someone at Locke's about issue, An employee from Locke's informed him that the control board was out. So it was supposed to be ordered and in the next week after about 2 weeks of trying to pick it up It was never ordered, so it was ordered and about 3 or 4 weeks later it finely came in, and was installed unit still did not work so the guy talks to Locke's again and gets nowhere. So I had another A/C company come out to check it guy says he thinks it a coil sensor tries to order it and he said he talked to them at Locke's every day or so checking to see if it came in, after a month or so He calls me and tells me there is nothing he can do that Locke's can not get parts for the unit and I should go see about getting a replacement unit. So I talk to the guy that installed it, he goes and talks to Locke's they tell him part is ordered and there is nothing they can do and can not replace it.Business response
