I put **** down on the car and only had it for about two weeks and it kept overheating on me I put antifreeze because it was continuously leaking and strong smell of hot engine after long drives in short period of time. I have been trying to negotiate with the lot and asking for a different vehicle and or my money back because I hadnt had car quite a month yet when I was on highway and ran over something in road and then something underneath car really caused it to smoke and loss of speed and control of the car trying to pull off highway. When I was able to make it safe to a good area I called the car lot let them know he situation and from there we have not been on good terms because she said I damage engine so all Im asking is for my money back at this point because Im really scared to do any more business with them at good point also the gap was not paid so now Im being responsible for all the fees due to her lack of insurance gap proof and unpaid fees to her agent on gap behalf they wrote contract up as well stating everything was paid when it really wasnt paid at all when they had my **** on hand and also sold me lemon that had already been previously wrecked in pass and was resold to my dumb self I didnt have no idea how these places work but I am in an upside down deal all round please help me resolve this problemBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:Hi I just reviewed the letter from Imperial Motors. So I completely understand that I pitch a used car but I guess I wasn’t aware of that it had been in so many wrecks at the time. I was just in hurry to purchase and buy and get down the road to finally go back to work. So at this point I don’t see anything in letter saying how this would compensate me or let me get another car and she didn’t send all the paperwork I see as to where they also sold me a gap insurance policy for 300 that’s was actually breach of contract and when I called the NVP Gap company they never received the payment. So I was sold a fake contract that was never intact or literally honored what so ever. So I’m just wondering what shall I do? Can you please guide me
