On 9/11/22, I contacted British Shorthair Home Cattery to purchase a kitten. Everything seemed legitimate at first. I received multiple pictures and videos of the kitten and had to answer questions and sign a contract for ownership of the pet. Everything seemed well. But then they wanted payment through Zelle. I thought this was strange but could be because this is a small company. So I went forward and paid $645. I started to get suspicious when they were going to charge for the rental of a thermal electric crate which would be totally refundable. That is strange how they would charge for something fully refundable. I called the seller and the number did not work. I emailed the seller and got hold of him and he hung up the call midway. This scammer Eureka Jean-Louis should be stopped. And I request a refund for false advertisement as I will not be getting the kitten I was promised.Initial Complaint

Jovial British Shorthair Kitten business did have a kitten on their website that inquired information about because I wanted to purchase her. I went back and forth through email with who I thought was the breeder. I then decided to sign the agreement and purchase the kitten. I paid them $1300 through cashapp, which I thought was okay and not suspicious. This $1300 was supposed to cover the cost of the kitten and the cost of shipping to my home. Once I paid, they send me off to their carrier service which had me pay $2300 more to for the kittens insurance and pet care. They said this amount was to be reimbursed to me once the kitten arrived. The kitten was not delivered on the weekend I was expecting and they made me go round and round with the carrier telling me all kinds of things that did not make sense. I figured it was all a scam way too late, and I never got my money back. Do not trust them and send them any money, they will never send a kitten.
