**** came and repossessed my car while I was in class at school because they said that I hadnt paid since August. I have receipt's on cashapp of my payments over the months. The last time I received a payment confirmation from OECU to my email was August 30th. And the last payment I actually paid them was Nov 11. I just want my last few payments back or my car back.Business response

OECU has performed a review of Ms. ***** account and can confirm receipt of the payments submitted through Cash App. Even with those payments accounted for the loan still remains in default. OECU representatives have attempted to reach out to Ms. **** multiple times, yet our attempts go unanswered. The credit union is willing to quote the amount needed to cure the default, however, no other remedies are available.

On 4/07/2023 I called and spoke to two people. One transferred me because he said I was not understanding him even though I was I was just disputing his information. The bank took an automatic payment even though I already paid and when I asked how to fix this I was told I have to have a loan officer call me back and no one has reached out to me. I kept calling but received no response.Business response

When **************** purchased his vehicle, **** performed a welcome call with the member to review the terms and conditions of his account, as we do with all members. OECU's representatives reviewed with him that he was setup on automatic payments to be drafted from this bank account on a certain day each month. Automatic payments are programmed to draft regardless of the status of the account.
**************** had paid his first payment believing that the system would not automatically draft another payment since he already made one for the month. A member of our management team has reached out to **************** and processed his request for a due date change along with refunding any associated fees related to the misunderstanding.
