I ordered a gift box on 10/1 and it was never shipped. When I contacted the company two weeks later to point this out, they sent me a tracking number and told me that the item was now shipped. One week later and the tracking number shows that the item has not been received by USPS. The website advertises a 2-4 day shipping timeline. I'm trying to cancel the order and struggling to get their customer service representatives to respond. I feel like I was scammed out of $50.

Absolutely awful! Wont be able to log in after you create your account, never send a rest password link, customer service wont respond. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

I paid $254.00 for a one year subscription. I got Dec, Jan, Feb and March but nothing since. SO missing April, May, June and now July. I have sent numerous emails to customer service. I do get answers, telling me they're "on their way" and being sent as "priority". Still nothing. The last thing they said was "we would like to offer you the June and July orders at no additional cost to replace the missing April and May shipments." AT NO ADDITIONAL COST?? I hope NOT...I've already paid for them!!!This company is on ******** but I notice almost all of the comments are deleted. I've spent more time emailing this company than I care to admit. I want all past boxes sent and future boxes sent promptly. I have been told I cannot cancel the subscription and get a refund. Please help.Wish I could leave zero stars

I bought a 12 month subscription for my husband's birthday and have only received 6 boxes. I contacted the company multiple ways thatbwe didnt receive the past 2 months boxes. The company is unresponsive and does not address customer concerns or issues. My account is now nonexistent and they ask to recreate an account but the info of my current subscription is not there. Warning others to not purchase with Munchpak unless you want them to take your money and not receive their services.

I was a munchpak member for over a year but since the new ownership took over the support has been awful and the product has not been delivered as agreed to. Apparently they were bought by another company and since then I wasn't able to get into my account, my March box never arrived, my April box arrived late, and I've been fighting to get a refund for my missing March box (that was already paid for) Since May. I've been more than patient, trying to work with them to get the missing box instead of calling the bank to reverse the charges. they kept promising that the box would be sent out. On June 19th I was told I couldn't get a refund as the box had shipped and would be to me the following week. It is now July 7th and I have not received a box, nor have I received any answers to my my 3 support emails. On June 19th they sent an email saying the box was on it's way with the tracking number. I called **** and was told that a label was created but the package was never handed off to the postal service. Since the new ownership this company has been a s*** show of mismanagement. I was hoping they would get their act together but it seems they are too far gone to remedy the situation.

There have been issues with my subscription for two months. I only received the first pac it took customer service to send the second and third. The initial problem with my accounts status was identified but remains uncorrected. The initial excuse that there were software changes no longer rings true. I gave them the benefit of doubt with my first complaint. There are other companies that provide this service do not go with Munch Pack.
