This contractor is a swindler! Never completed the job. Employees took advantage and unfortunately the job was paid in full. Owner acknowledged and said he would repay for work not completed but now days filing bankruptcy. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR GLEN BRAUN!

Our experience with Braun Renovations has been tumultuous and we would not recommend them. High employee turnover even on simple tasks, inability to keep a schedule, and management refuses to communicate. We were eventually ghosted by this company more than a year after our initial estimated completion date with items yet to be completed, and last we knew they had a single employee who was hired to do specific work but was then ordered to do all the other tasks as well. We have and will continue to hire others to fix or redo what we paid Braun Renovations to accomplish, and wish we had chosen a different company to start with. A lot of the work ended up being of enthusiast but amateur quality, cheaply or incompletely done.

The guys are polite, but they did a bad job. I mentioned to **** how I felt, and he said they would be out to fix all the problems. Well they never came back out and eventually stopped responding to me all together. In the beginning I did recommend this company to others. It came with regret after being able to analyze the quality and also see that they were not going to fix it. The paint job is awful they hardly got one coat coverage. They also painted with the wrong kind of paint for the metal, it rusted through almost immediately. All the caulking they did has shriveled up and left gaps where the beams meet the wall. They did not nail down all the plywood for the roof, as I was repainting my self, sections of the roof will literally lift up off the beams. I agreed to roll roofing but they did not apply it correctly, the edges keep rolling up, I do not think they torched it down like it was supposed to be. There are no end caps on the beams so a family of wasp have now gather inside one of them, I had paint spills on my patio and parts of my roof. I believe they spent too many days not making much progress on my project and started cutting corners at the cost of quality for me the customer. Ive been working on it my self. It took me awhile to finally say anything, but at the end of the day this isnt fair that I have to pay anything at all to get it looking decent.
