The WORST. You have to basically beg them to pay attention to your maintenance issues. They are rude and have horrible customer service. Specifically ******. Id give 0 stars.Review from Cory P

-Company didn't have the house ready for 2 weeks after our move- in date. - Our whole deposit was taken, plus extra for pet fees when we left the house even though we cleaned thoroughly and it was hardwood with pet not tearing up house - Charged us for items that weren't on the move in sheet and said we destroyed them.. doorbell that didn't work and a doorstop that wasn't there..- Attempted to charge us for a satellite fallen off the roof and said we installed it even though their is photo evidence that it was from a previous tenant and the people who knocked it off was the roofing company they hired.- Company was very hard to get ahold of and wouldn't reply to emails and sent us to collections even though we had proof. Overall, very shady business practices and would definitely not recommend.Luxe Sales & Management Response

If I can give them 0 stars I would. **************** we stayed had a gas outage. The renters should have checked the area before giving the okay. I rented this house for 3 people. We got downgraded to a small 2 person apartment. They told us relocate or cancel. We had no where else to go. We accommodated with no choice. They gave me less then 50% refund and a sorry and credit for next stay. Nope one bad experience is enough. If you see this name on vrbo stay away. They do not care about customer service. They will happily spit in your face and take your money. Update they are still the worst company to work with. They will take your money and not care about customer service. Luxe has poor business practices that cheats people out of their money by only allowing 14 days to take possession of a property, when MOST properties require 30 day notice.Their fees are $65 admin fee and $55 application fee for everyone over age of 18!!Then if you are either denied or cannot take possession, you are out $120+. They are making a killing off just fees!!The BBB needs to review their practices. Im sure they are taking advantage of college students with these less than desirable terms and conditions and are getting away with it. They got $120 out of me, but I hope to save one or two others from losing their hard earned money.Review from Donn Michelle M

I have had maintenance issues for 3 months now. It took a month to come out. The guy said he could fix all issues in approximately 3 hours. He called in and they told him to leave. He left my glass front door against the wall in the entryway. It hit me in the head, before I found a neighbor to help me move it. The paint needed to finish the work was left in my kitchen. He said that someone would be out within the week. That was two months ago. To be sure there was no miscommunication, I made a follow up maintenance request. I still haven't heard from them. I let the guy that came out know that I'm nearly always home, as I work from home. I reached out to my landlord. She didn't know how to fix this problem but said that she would try. I haven't heard back from her either. If I can find an easy way to just move, I would do that, but it's expensive. I'm on disability and just getting by. I've only been using this company for four months, so maybe happier times are to come, but not so far. I hope that we can work things out amicably. I know they wouldn't want to live this way, why should I have to? I've been here 4 1/2 years and paid all of my rent on time or the time or two my check didn't come in on time, kept in close contact w my landlord. I've never been assessed a late fee and have tolerated a lot. I didn't mind when in close contact w my landlord. This....I mind. It's beyond unprofessional and in no way representative of the way they present themselves on their websites.Review from Misty E

**** at Luxe has been fantastic! My daughter has rented 2 different *************** while attending University and just knowing she is in a safe and well maintained property takes a load off my mind. It is against the ADA ********** with Disabilities **** ********** FHA (Fair Housing **** to discriminate against service animals including ESAs with IDs &/or paperwork. This includes discriminating against breeds & types of service animals including ESAs, including what is considered 'fighting breeds'. 'Fighting breeds' are allowed to be service animals including ESAs. Interviewing service animals including ESAs is a form of discrimination. Pet rent & pet deposits for service animals including ESAs is illegal. Also landlords & managers who state, 'no animals at all including service animals', it is illegal & discriminatory against service animals including ESAs.Some people don't know their rights & when someone writes it in a way that sounds corporate & acceptable - perspective clients believe it to be acceptable. But it's not. This type of predatory behavior is illegal & ***** people who aren't aware of their rights.Luxe on all of their listings state that interviews for service animals including ESAs is mandatory. This is illegal. Interviewing service animals including ESAs is active discrimination. It is establishing bias & ignoring federal law. Thank you.Review from Edward M

Beware Minority Groups! I had the worst experience with this management company. We were let out of our lease penalty free because we would not allow 4 inspections in a 2yr rental agreement which might I add, was not discussed or in the lease before signing. As a result, they are reporting to prospective leasing offices that I owe a balance to them (with 1.9k held for deposit on file) without having processed the move out. It has been past 30 days since move out. I have spoke with Dara and Hope to be specific. BEWARE. They are refusing to report the $0.00 balance to prevent me from renting another unit and to this day have not finished their move out process. Yet, I have screenshots of a ZERO balance on my Ledger.

************ that you feel this way! We work well with everyone and take pride in what we do. The home that you moved out of was NOT left in acceptable condition by any means... This home was new when you moved in and needed a TON of work when you moved out. From paint, to pet damage to destroyed carpet. due to pet urin.. We perform these inspections for THIS EXACT REASON.. To make sure tenants are taking care of the property. This was NOT the case at all. I have requested that we are able to upload the inspection report as an attachment to this review. Please give our office call and we would be happy to set up a payment arrangement so you can settle this account in full.
