Anova Home was seemingly a good company upfront. I have come to find the experience after money has changed hands to be a different story. My system is not functioning properly and this company will not respond or reply to assist with the repairs on a system that is less than year old. I have tried every avenue available to get the help I need but they will not respond or assist now that the transaction is done. The salesman ****** ******* promised to get these issues addressed on 8/10/24 but has also ghosted me on this system and the issues. I currently have a 56k dollar system on my roof that is dead and the company Anova is hiding and not willing to make this right! Do not use this company the image they project is false and misleading.Review from Mary L

I recently installed solar panels from Anova Home, and I'm thrilled with the results. The process was smooth from start to finish. Salesman came to my door about getting solar panels, he was good and got me interested. I did see research to learn this company isn’t new, they have just changed their name. If I know anything about companies that have to rebrand, it’s generally not because they were doing good business. Beware.

I switched over to Anova Solar from a different company and they have been nothing but great. My electric bill has been around $15 every month and Im also getting credited by ***. They are local and friendly!Anova Home Response

Anova sent out ****** (crew lead), ****** and ***** from *** to do the install of our solar panels and electrical hookups. They were fast and efficient, completing the job in just a few hours. The end result is a very clean and neatly done, very effective solar power system.Our questions were answered without hesitation and we were impressed with the professionalism they displayed while they were at our home. My wife and I compared several solar companies and we went with Anova for many reasons. The one concern we had was that the company was new but their prices were better than all the companies we looked at, they had the fastest install time, they had the *******************, and they were the only company we saw that takes care of the tax credit so we wouldn't have to deal with possibly not receiving it. It was clear that Anova was the right choice so we went with our gut and have absolutely loved it since. We are very glad that we didn't end up going with another company. I got my system installed 3 months ago and I am very pleased. I have had no issues and it actually turned out better than expected. My neighbors electric bills increased even more than expected and luckily I was able to avoid them. The customer service is amazing, my system was installed a week after I signed up and every time I had a question, when I reached out to ****, he answered immediately and cleared up my confusion. Also I was just given 1000$ for setting my sister up with solar. I highly recommend to take advantage of Anovas referral bonus's.Review from Benjamin T
