            The man at the counter, I think his name is David. Is rude and argumentative. I rented a gas powered 2 person auger wit a 10 inch bit. The man in the back is a very nice and helpful man. The man in the back showed me how to operate the equipment and started it. Once I got ready to use the auger the next day (Saturday). I started it and dug 1 post whole. The motor stopped running and would not start back up.I called but the location had already closed. The man helping me ended up digging the 4 remaining holes by hand using post hole diggers. When I took the auger back Monday morning (June 6th) I told the man at the counter with the bad attitude what had happened. I also told him I topped the gas tank off. His remark was if it didn't run why would it need gas? ( it took maybe a cup to fill it.) They started it and it ran.He made the comment its running whats the problem. I told him he did not have the auger attached and it was not digging. He did not say anything and went back up front to wait on other customers. I did not ask for any money back because I felt it would just start a argument. He certainly did not offer to refund anything.
