If you owe the **** go to a biker bar and give all your money to a guy named Snake. Ask him to fix your *** problems and you will get better results than you will dealing with TRAVIS W. WATKINS TAX RESOLUTION. They just quit working on my account after I paid them and didn't notify me so the penalties and interest kept piling up. I didn't even know until the *** sent me a letter and there is no way out except to pay. Stay away from TRAVIS W. WATKINS. I wish this site had negative stars. TW would get a -5.

After initially contacting the Travis W. Watkins Tax Resolution & Accounting Firm in *****, I met with ********. I paid a deposit of $XXXX.** and was told that they would immediately get to work regarding State taxes owed. After several months of not hearing anything from anyone at the Travis W. Watkins Tax Resolution & Accounting Firm, I called and was told that they were working on my case and that they would call me back. It has not been over a year, and after multiple attempts to contact an someone in the office that has any idea what's going on, I've still heard nothing back. The State has now started becoming more aggressive, and I'm going to need to move on to a legitimate law firm. Travis W. Watkins Tax Resolution & Accounting Firm is a fraudulent organization that'll take your money and not fulfill their obligation to their clients. I strongly discourage anyone needing tax resolution from using this phony group. I'm also writing local radio stations that advertise for this firm, recommending that if they value their own brand, they should stop advertising for Travis W. Watkins Tax Resolution & Accounting Firm.

DO NOT USE!!! I met with ******** at their office before they moved to the new building they are now in. She told me there was a great chance that my taxes could be reduced due to hardship, so I signed up and gave them $2250. A few weeks later I had not heard anything so i checked in with the receptionist and found that ******* was no longer employed there and that I had a new attorney to talk to. Still not too concerned until I never heard from them for months and started calling regularly until I finally got an appointment for someone to call me. That person never did call me. I scheduled another call and again no one called. I had never been advised to take any sort of action. I get a notice a year or so later that the *** is now trying to levy if I don't start paying them. Then the penalty and late fees started adding up. Still not contact or advice from Travis Watkins. In Summary, I have made roughly ***** calls to their office with no help or advice. On June 26th i receive a text stating that i must send over the 2022 taxes and POA by July 7th or my case would be canceled. I was going on vacation the next day and could not to their office until the 6th which I did. But I forgot the **** The next day I was told they closed my case/file and wanted $600 to reinstate and pay additional upgrades. they could've been reasonable and said something like" get it to us by the end of the week" and I could've done that. To summarize the experience - they are only interested in getting you signed up and then YOU will be chasing them for info. You can't talk to anyone but the receptionist. It seems that if it is easy for them, then you may get lucky but if it takes time for them to work through issues then you will be greatly disappointed. Research their employee turnover. I talked to at least 4 different so called tax attorneys. Each one no longer with the company. IT COST ME SEVERAL THOUSAND IN PENALTIES WATING ON THESE GUYS TO HELP RESOLVE. LOOK FORWARD TO A RESPONSE.

I met with one of the Travis Watkins Attorneys in May of 2022 about 2016, 2017 takes I owe and I filed amended returns that were never processed by the **** The attorney assured me he could resolve the issue and reviewed my file on the *** website. I paid $1500 dollars and the attorney has not responded to calls, texts, and emails. So far is filled out a couple of forms. Recently one of their reps emailed me with a review and all it was simply a summary of what I owe the **** I already know this and it was not helpful. Since then, I have called and emailed for a follow up and no response from Travis Watkins Tax Resolution. It's very frustrating and I have made no progress in the past year.

I had a tax issue to resolve with the IRS. I paid my fee to Travis Watkins two years ago and never heard from them. No one returns my call. No updates on my status. Today I got a letter from the IRS asking for a large sum of money. They said the information that was provided to them is incomplete and i still owe the IRS with penalties. I feel sick that I trusted Travis Watson to provide legal services and yet I am on my own with the IRS.

This company is fraudulent. Do not under any circumstances give them money. They took payment and did zero work. Once you pay them you’ll never hear from them again. No work done and refusal to give a refund. Go anywhere but here. HR Block in Walmart is a better option. Literally anywhere but here.

RUN!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR HOTSHOT SALESMAN, MAVERICK, EITHER!!!! HE LIES JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY. I WAS PROMISED THAT MY TAX DEBT WOULD BE REDUCED AFTER LOOKING AT MY BOOKS AND TAX HISTORY......WRONG!!!! TRAVIS WATKINS LEFT ME WITH $217,000 OWED!!! WTF?? THIS IS WORSE THAN WHEN I STARTED WITH THEM 2 YEARS AGO. IN THOSE 2 YEARS THEY ONLY LOGGED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNTS TWICE TO UPDATE MY BOOKKEEPING....AFTER I CALLED AND COMPLAINED OVER AND OVER. OH! AND GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYONE WITH ANY INTELLIGENCE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!! THEY LIKE TO PLAY THE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND WE WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK GAME. THIS WAS THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN 23 YEARS OF BEING IN BUSINESS. THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I just received 5 checks from the IRS by using Travis Watkins Tax to do the Employee Retention Credit. Total received was over $300,000! You have to give them a call. It's worth it!

I have been making payments to the IRS of $700 a month and getting nowhere. Received another letter that I owe more to the IRS. I am paying for life at this rate. I called Travis Watkins after hearing on the radio about the Fresh Start Program and wanted to hear what they had to say. The staff was so professional and knowledgable. I truly felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulder after hearing all of the options available to me. I know I can try to do this on my own, but who has the time? Plus, I know I would screw it up. I hired this firm and they are already trying to settle for just $100 for all my tax debt. They have gone above and beyond on their service and I highly recommend anyone meet with them if they owe the IRS.
