I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Post Oak Toyota, which has compelled me to warn others, especially my fellow service members. I purchased a truck from them that, unbeknownst to me at the time, was on a "no sale" list. This oversight should have been caught by the dealership, but instead, it led to a series of frustrating and costly events. After realizing their error, Post Oak Toyota took the truck back to await a necessary part for a warranty repair. This process dragged on for over a month and a half, leaving me without my vehicle during this time. When they finally accepted to take the truck back for good, they refused to return my substantial down payment of $6,623.00. This has put me in a difficult financial situation, which is particularly challenging as I serve in the military.Furthermore, their finance department aggressively pushes for add-ons and warranties that seem unnecessary, employing sweet talk and various tactics to lure customers into deals that arent beneficial. The lack of transparency and honesty in their dealings is alarming.Given these issues, I have reported their unethical practices to the local Air Force base. Efforts are underway to place Post Oak Toyota on the Military "no sale list" to prevent other service members from experiencing similar ordeals. I strongly advise against engaging with this dealership, as their practices do not respect the integrity and financial situations of their customers, particularly those of us serving in the military.

When i went to sale ny 2019 truck i drove from four hours away and was given a figure between 41-49k after arriving and them looking at truck which has more options and is in better shape then the survey had choices to put in they offered 35k saying the price had changed since the bew year had rolled in. Knowing this was hogwash i re entered the truck in there system ibder s different name and phone number and was given the same quote amount as before. This is after dealing with these people calling me once a week atleadt about bringing in the truck for apprasial i would understand if they said the truck had problems or wasnt what i said it was but saying the year turning was reason and not haveing the online apprasial set correctly either way its show a kack of responublity and respect fir future customers i would not have spent oblver 100 in gas and eight hours of my time had that been the liw side of apprasial and the kicker is i askef lillian the day i made appointment if the apprasual price was still at 41-49k so they are just trying to get people in the door and then screwing them on prices quoted dont fall for thes jerk offs.

Bought a used **** 500 from them. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The very next morning after getting my vehicle, it wouldn't start. To their credit, they replaced the battery free of charge. Many things have already gone wrong with the car since then (i.e. headlights went out a month later even though Carfax said they were replaced, vacuum pump was leaking oil and had to be entirely replaced for $1100, sway bar links were shot and had to be replaced for $300, arm rest broke apart and had to be replaced, found that one headlight is missing a cover inside, etc.), despite the 100-something point inspection they told me they supposedly did. Either their inspection is not as extensive as they claim or they found these flaws and knowingly sold the car with them. Also, they agreed to get me a spare tire and took months to get it to me. They gave me the run-around the whole time (i.e. salesman and sales managers told me it was ordered and would arrive in a week multiple times, but parts department had no orders placed. Kept ignoring my calls and failing to call back when they said they would). When I finally got the tire, it was clearly the junkiest, cheapest tire they could find. Terrible.

I'm having issues getting the paperwork from Post Oak to get my tag for my new Toyota. My second paper tag is now expiring and I was just informed they forgot to refile the paperwork when I had to resign it. I was told several days ago they would overnight me a third paper tag but still no tag has shown up in my mail. They would also get right on top of my paperwork and overnight that when it was ready as well. I really just want to go get my tag. There was an issue the first time I signed the paperwork. There was also an issue on the trade in and my wife had to go back over and sign some extra paperwork. We spent hours at the dealership both when we signed the first paperwork (incorrectly) and then picked up the vehicle. We are really pleased with our vehicle but really really regret spending our money at Post Oak. Will we ever get our tag? We've made a payment so some paperwork has been filed.
