CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED February 23, 2022 Jet Plumbing Service *** ****************************************************************** *********************************** Re: ************************************ Pipe ***************,I have tried to reach you numerous times via phone and email to your business since you wont give me your personal email address regarding the same pipe leak that you had to replace twice. You replaced the pipe the second time at no cost to me.However, Chubb, my insurance carrier, would not pay for the Belfor Property Restorations second invoice because they paid their first invoice (water extraction from duct system and setting and removal of fans and de-humidifiers) due to the pipe water leak the first time you replaced it.It is our opinion that Jet Plumbing is responsible for Belfors second invoice (enclosed) due to Jet Plumbing having to come back out and replace the same pipe leak. I had to call Belfor again (water extraction from the duct system and setting and removal of fans and de-humidifiers) after you replaced the same pipe the second time due to the water leak from the same pipe you replaced the second time.Your earliest attention in paying this invoice would be appreciated.Kind regards,********************************* ************ cc: ******************* Belfor Property Restoration ************************* Attorney-at-LawBusiness response

Jet Plumbing came out as a back up repair for my home through First American Home Warrant. Upon the first arrival ****** unclogged our toilets and left staring there was a paper towel in our drain. Later that night we had another back up. I called and same tech came out saying my line was clear. Still having a clog a week later. Same tech comes out, saying h*** do this repair for free but it should cost me and he appears very irritated. He works a little but then says we just pour grease in our drain. That we need to have hydrojetting done. That it would be $475 if the warranty doesnt cover it. The tech placed his plumbing snake ontop of my washing machine scraping it, and leaves a sewage mess all over it. I called the warranty company the next day, and Jet plumbing never contacted them. They tried to call no answer. I waited 48 to be contacted by Jet and no contact. I contacted my warranty company and they escalated the issue. Next day Jet Plumbing charges my card over the normal service charge fee, but also sends their review to the warranty company claiming the only way to access my drains it to get onto the roof. Therefore closing the work order.
