Dropped off a 2006 Jeep Commander for a new motor swap on 8/16/21 & paid $2,100 for a new motor swap with a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. Was supposed to be done by 9/4/21. I drove the car off the trailer and no problem. They got the supposedly new motor 2 weeks later. As they were dropping the motor out the bottom they tore up the radiator. Got a new radiator,as they were putting the transmission in they broke the belhousing and had to get a different transmission don't know if it's any good or not, supposed to have a warranty but I don't think so. After that they burned up the starter and they called me and said I had to give them some more money or they would put a labor lean on it.so I made another trip down there and gave them another $1,000 . After that they called and said it would be done by noon, waited till dark. A few days later they called and said they had done all they could and I'd have to take it to the jeep dealership to get it running.so I had to have it towed to dealership where they found it had a old junk motor with a broken block put in it, wrong flywheel, wrong bolts, stripped out bolts, AC wasn't charged so the dealership and l have been trying to get them to return are calls to see if they stand behind the warrantys , but they won't respond to anyone. The dealership called the phone number on the warranty paperwork they gave me and they said they didn't have any record of any motor warranty from them. So they called the place where the motor was supposedly bought and they said they had no record of the motor being bought there. Now it's over 100 days later and had to have a new motor ordered and it's going to be around$7,000 . I want to get all my money back and a warranty on the transmission they replaced . Rightfully they should pay the tow bill plus the dealership for all expenses to get it safe operational condition. Dealership has all documents & pictures on this matter *** ****** **** XXX -XXX- XXXX
