I strongly recommend using another pool contractor. ************, owner of ************* pools, family owned, is only interested in installing poor quality pools to first time pool owners. His biggest talent is making excuses for busting deadlines, in all phases of the installation and trying to sell side- work for his non-english speaking crew. Six-months after the two-month pool install guarantee, our pool was finally finished. In a rush to take advantage of new unsuspecting customers, ************, gave us a 15-min rundown on equipment operations and was very difficult to contact after leaving the property. As a first -time pool owners we had questions and wanted to ensure we operated our pool correctly. He handed ** the manufactures instruction manuals, left the backyard a mess, PVC pipes exposed, fencing, his crew reinstalled incorrectly and parts not installed properly, which was discovered by another pool company. We did not complain initially because we were excited for the pool, however, after only two-years, the pool is deteriorating fast. After months of complaining *********** and his son recently came out to address one of our concerns with his cement. He attributed the cause to an issue he never explained during the equipment operation talk. Now he wants us to pay for the repairs for the damage caused by his withholding or lack of forewarning. Bottom line, Bell & Bell pools is terrible at customer service, and expensive for the quality of work done. Please do your research, oh yeah, you can't because all they have is a ******** page, which I'm sure they monitor daily to remove the negative post, so just stay away from ************* pools.
