Drive test was scheduled for May 28,2022 through company's website. No notice on the website they provided permit holders testing only. After scheduling and paying for the drive test to reinstate license, the Company canceled the scheduled drive test and is refusing my request for a refund for services not provided. Had the information been clearly stated on the website, I would have pursued other means.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/02) */ Please see attached Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The applicant requirements as stated do not specify permit holders only. The permit requirements are stated in a manner that implies the requirements apply only to those customers with permits. In the State of Oklahoma, Permit, License, and State ID numbers are the same. Further, this information is not clearly displayed on the company website. Screenshots of the company website at the time of thos complaint are attached. The policy the company references is located under the "Description" dropdown, which is three pages removed from the home page of the company's website. The company website states they offer drive tests. I am required to take a drive test in order to reinstate an expired Driver's License. In order to have originally had a License, I was first issued a permit. Therefore, I was issued a Permit. I did hold it for the required time, before transferring the Permit to a License. Both Permit and License had the same number. Another school was passed over, as their website clearly stated "Permit Holders Only." I am simply requesting a refund of payment for services not provided, due to negligence on the company's part of failing to clearly provide the information. (Please see attached)
