On April 25th, I chose this shop to repair my car. I paid out of pocket, and based on reviews I'd read and all the credentials listed on their website, I felt they would be the best shop to repair my vehicle. This shop did not communicate AT ALL. I had to call several times for the status of my repair. Respecting that parts might be difficult to obtain in a timely manner, I was very understanding for the time the service could take. However, each time I called, there was a new part that needed to be ordered or an issue that should have been found when the car was disassembled and assessed. The resulting service leads me to believe that there were services I was charged for that were not done and services done incorrectly. This shop was horrible from the customer service to the repair service. I really thought I would receive quick, courteous service because I was paying out of pocket. All I received was a rip off and a band aid. It's possible that despite all I paid that my car is no longer safe. This shop is awful. By OK law, I am entitled to receipts that show all the parts that were purchased and who completed work on my vehicle. When I asked for this documentation, the "manager" did not know what I was talking about. I did not receive satisfactory explanations for questions I had. Apparently some of the mechanics don't speak English. The manager never knew anything and whoever supposedly knew was never around when I wanted answers. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this shop. It is not at all what it represents itself to be.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/10/18) */ We have never withheld repair details from anyone, and every customer receives an itemized final bill. We perform all services that we document on that bill. It is true that repairs are taking longer due to parts availability, particularly on older models. We are multi-cultural here, and some folks speak better than others in any language, I'm not sure why that is a concern. I'm unclear what billing adjustment is sought or why it is warranted without more detail.
