10/31/23 about 6:30pm. I have never been disrespected by a fast food place like I was at the drive thru and window by ******. I waited more than 15min at a FAST FOOD drive thru because of loyalty to BK. ****** didnt want to change my order at drive thru because needed management and I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS. Anywhere you go if you accidently request a wrong item they change it right there. She needed a supervisor? She proceeded to say they had had 3 people in the entire store. How do you run a business with only 3 people? How do you not compensate your guests for waiting LONG periods in line and then are disrespectful at the window. ****** was the rudest person I have ever encountered at fast food. Look at your video camera at window to see how disrespecting and full of attitude she was for confirmation. She should learn a thing or two from Chic Fil A crew. When I asked to be compensated for her disrespect she said whatchu mean compensated? I was disrespected as a loyal customer to BK and anywhere restaurant wise you are somehow compensated without request for disrespect and long wait times. Supervisor *** did nothing to check her attitude and was within hearing distance to how she was taking to me. Gentleman on the line was laughing. These people dont deserve to be the face of your restaurant and if thats who your hire I feel very sorry for your team. I had to ask for half off or something for enduring this and *** was even upset for me asking that? Very sad that she doesnt acknowledge she has poor team management. When my meal was ready ****** said something under her breath about me at the window and the other gentleman laughed and saw me and brought my meal. Very racist and disrespectful. I couldnt even take my meal for how rude they were I just want my money back. I tried contacting GENERAL MANAGER ***** daily about 3x a day since incident but no one has answered. You cant run a place like this. I hate to go to BBB but someone has to report you
