I hired Reece in 2019 for family probate when my mother in law abruptly passed away. There are assets and a trust involved therefore we came to Reece. A little pricey but had a wonderful rating and we wouldn't settle for anything less than the best. Or so we thought... Reece was hired in November of 2019 and his fees were paid up front and in full to complete the probate process among any other legalities as needed. The probate was initially filed in Tulsa County where I was appointed the executor of the estate. The filings were publicly posted to the Tulsa World in March of 2020. Once that happened we stopped receiving all emails and phone calls. Growing curious I have reached out several times in hopes to get the probate closed or at the least an update as my family would like to have closure and our assets placed in the rightful heirs name while we have yet to hear anything regarding the trust. I have tried calling, emailing, and I have left countless voice messages with sadly no response almost a full 2 years later. Sadly were out our mom and our $5000.00 retainer. We just need some help as this process seems never ending.
