We hired 918 Limos for our company party which was 11/30. We booked a hummer limo for 20 in the amount of $500 to take us on a Christmas light tour. They were over an hour late due to "being locked out of the vehicle". When asked about another possible option we were told the owner of the company had the safe key out of town so they couldn't access any other vehicle options. We talked to the owner who confirmed this & said he was in ***************** was zero help. He offered to reschedule us which wasn't an option since this was a corporate party, add an hour to the tour once the driver arrived (also not an option considering it was already going to be a late night when they arrived) & also stated he told the driver to break the window out if the locksmith didn't arrive. Which I stated would not be an option as it was cold&rainy&we weren't going to ride around in a vehicle with a window knocked out.The driver finally arrived over an hour after the promised time in a large black bus that looked like a school bus that had been converted into a "limo" not the hummer that we booked.It was all wet inside, he apologized, stated that the windshield wipers didn't work.The dash lights were all out except for several "warning" lights. He asked where we were going&when we stated a Christmas light tour he wasn't sure where to take us. He did take us to Rhema but after that my husband had to guide him to other places in town.We had to stop at a gas station to allow him to wipe down the windshield for a second time& apply rainex. We felt completely unsafe as it was nearly impossible to see out the windshield. After a little over an hour later (well before our tour should have been over) we had him take us back as we did not feel it was safe& it was putting all of us in danger.I contacted *****, the owner, the next day to discuss what happened&he made every excuse&refused to offer a refund.He stated he "upgraded" our vehicle at no charge.If that was an upgrade, I'm afraid to ask what we would have been picked up in otherwise. He was rude,continually made up lies, was unprofessional& hung up on me when I requested a refund from our evening.He scammed us. He put my entire company&his driver in danger!After reading several reviews it appears this is common practice for *****.
