I bought a car from Luis Balan on June 9th, 2022 .The car was sold to me as is, even though it had some mechanical and electrical issues I bought because I was in desperate need of a car. The car was $7k cash. I didn't have all of the money. He came to an agreement with me and my husband for $8k. He added an extra $1k since we didn't have all the cash in hand. I went to his office and signed paperwork how much the car total was and how much I would pay him every month or every two weeks, we both came to a verbal agreement of $400 monthly. The ending balance was $3k on June 9th, 2022. On July 1st I paid him $350. The balance was $2,650. My family had a financial struggle for 3 months and we weren't able to pay him for 3 months, due to the car having multiple issues. We did communicate with him multiple times. He says we didn't. We did. We have record we did. The AC stopped working, we had to fix that. The heat was not working as well. We got that fixed. Me and my husband were communicating with him regarding the car payments. In the beginning of November, I arrived home and a private repo takes my car. We call Luis asking him what did he take our car. He said if you don't pay me $1500 plus $500 tow truck. I will sell your car and keep what you have paid me. We came up with the money. We paid him $1000 on November 3rd. He refused to give us a receipt. But we got our car back, our only transportation to get anywhere. He said with word of mouth once we pay him the $500 for the tow we can come to a new agreement. We paid him a total of $1,500. He also, did some work on our car, he supposedly fixed the AC/ heat. But there's still problems with the heat. I have the receipt of how much we have paid him but he has added more to the account that I already came to an agreement. I asked him for a itemized receipt for the tow truck and labor work, he refuses to provide me with one. I need receipts for my records. I just need a receipt and a new account made for the new agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:   he does not have itemized receipt from the repo company. He hired a private repo and charged me what he felt was right. The repo was an illegal repossession. Even though I had paid more than half of the car. What he did was illegal. I want the name of company that repossessed my car and a real receipt from that company not from Luis. He refuses to give me the name of the company so I can report them to the better business bureau. The person that repossessed my car refused to give me a receipt. I will reiterate what I just wrote l: I want an itemized receipt from the repossession company and the name of the person that repossessed my car.
