I ordered flowers online from *** and ******'s Flower Garden on March 16, 2024 to be delivered March 19, 2024. My total was $87.95. This included the flowers, delivery, and tax. I entered my credit card information to be charged.The flowers were delivered on the correct day.A few days later, I looked at my credit card statement, and the business had charged me $99.82. I assumed this was just a mistake on part of the business, so I called them on March 26, 2024. I spoke to a woman who said "yeah, that just happens sometimes. The price you see for your total on the email we send you is different than the price we see to charge you. It's something to do with our system, and we don't know how to fix it." She offered no resolutions or refund. I asked for a refund of what they owed me, and she said, "we don't do refunds. I'll have to contact my district manager, and she'll give you a call later today." I told her that was fine and hung up.I never received a call from the district manager. I called again, 3 times on March 29, 2024. The phone rang dozens of times, but no one answered any of the 3 times I called.I started to get suspicious, so I looked at their ****** reviews, and the reviews were atrocious. Hundreds of people said they paid for their flowers and either never received them or they were overcharged and never received a refund.I am extremely frustrated. $11.87 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but this business stole my money, and I want it back. It is obvious that they have been and are currently scamming people. They need to be investigated.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for flower delivery on February 15, 2024, scheduled for delivery on February 26, 2024 in **********. On February 26, 2024, the recipient (my mother) never received her flowers, which I paid in full for. I called the store on February 27, 2024, and the associate didnt apologize or acknowledge the issue. She merely said Well, can we send it out today? I called the recipient on February 28, 2024 to see if she received the flowers and she said no. So I called the store back to let them know. The employee insisted that their system shows the flowers were delivered. I asked if theres any physical proof since Im certain my mother wouldnt lie about receiving them. Still no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake of not delivering on time. I also sent an email requesting compensation or a refund on February 27, 2024, and have not yet received a response. I also have not received a call back from the manager, which I requested to a store employee on February 27, 2024.
