the support for people who are suspended is non existant. you cannot reach anyone on the phone. they never answer emails. people are losing money when they are suspended and they need to reinstate those people asap. it takes weeks if not months to resolve a issue with them.

Date of Incident: 1/22/24 Issue: My account was hacked and I have alerted the company and they have offered minimal assistance. The hacker blocked me from my own account and I have personal info in there. Also I could see people getting ripped off with fake products while i did have access.Resolution: I need them to make this a top priority and keep me informed as to when I can get my account back.

Pop market has been a seller on Discogs for quite some time and in the past years they have on many occasions sold me a repress vinyl a reissue vinyl that is listed as an original pressing. *** brought out this fraudulent practice to Discogs to have them handle it several times over the past several years yet this seller continues not only to be able to sell on the Discogs platform my position being that they are a high volume seller and thats why Discogs wont take action But they are also continuing this fraudulent business practice of listing represses and re-issues as originals and then in the notes putting repress They do this to increase their sales. Discogs is not taking action to protect the customers I am also filing a federal trade commission complaint

Discogs is supposed to charge a 9% selling fee. On my last several orders, I am being charged more than a 9% fee.June 2nd Order #*******-1 Purchase Total $33.50 "Fee" $1.66 Partner Fee $4.91 Total Fees Paid $6.57 9% would be $3.01 June 3rd Order #*******-3 Purchase Total $26.60 "Fee" **** "Partner Fee" $3.85 Total Fees Paid $5.27 9% would be $2.39 June 4th Order #*******-5 Purchase Total $24.84 "Fee" $1.36 "Partner Fee" $3.91 Total Fees Paid: $5.27 9% would be $2.24 June 4th Order #*******-4 Purchase Total $24.11 "Fee" $1.33 "Partner Fee" $3.19 Total Fees Paid: $4.52 9% would be $2.17 July 3rd Order #*******-6 Purchase Total $17.66 "Fee" $1.11 "Partner Fee" $2.65 Total Fees Paid $3.76 9% would be $1.59 July 5th Order #*******-7 Purchase Total $172.21 "Fee" $6.50 "Partner Fee" $27.44 9% would be $15.50 July 7th Order #*******-8 Purchase Total $470.04 "Fee" $16.89 "Partner Fee" $70.28 Total Fees Paid $87.18 9% would be $42.30 I've emailed customer service 4 times about this issue. Every time, I receive the same exact response saying fees were raised from 8% to 9% and to follow a link that explains selling fees further. The link explains selling fees are 9%. I have also reached out to Paypal and they assured me these fees are charged from and paid to Discogs. There is no phone number to reach Discogs. From what I can tell, I am owed $70.81. I also want assurance that I will only be charge the 9% fee going forward.

Discogs has proven horribly and offensively unreliable in multiple contexts. I made an agreement with a buyer for order #*******-304, and offered a refund he did not deserve, only and explicitly to avoid this his leaving feedback He objectively violated that agreement, which is evident in the emails. The buyer had requested a refund in what seemed a shakedown, but I agreed to offer a partial refund on the express condition he then be satisfied with the transaction (I did so precisely to avoid the situation that occurred, as I did not think his claim accurate, and had no incentive to offer a refund if he were still going to leave neutral or negative feedback). I contacted the buyer and asked him to remove it, and he sent a generic response and then did not reply further. Discogs has just sent absurd cut and paste replies that refuse to address the situation, or overtly lie and misrepresent what occurred and what it can do even based on its own guidelines. They hide behind an automated process that will not objective address buyer fraud I had two other issues this year that were Discogs' fault that were handled badly. In the first, my international shipping settings could not be updated at all and were completely screwed up, and I wasted whole days dealing with the issue. It took a very long time for Discogs even to acknowledge and then fix the problem, which cost me a lot of time and money, and I never received any compensation. In the second issue, I had a closed listing reappear and sell, with a similar response. Discogs has taken no responsibility for anything and I will stop using the site if this is not resolved.

Thank you so much for looking into this issue. On Tuesday May 23, 2023 I received a purchase order for a vinyl Record through the Discogs platform. When I went to Paypal to ship the item, I noticed that Discogs has taken the entirety of the amount (screenshot of the transaction is attached). According to Discogs terms, which updated on May 22, 2023 "Its free to list your items for sale. When you sell your items, we charge you an 9% fee with a minimum of $0.10 and a maximum of $150" Prior to 5/22 this fee was 8%.As you will notice, this latest transaction has a fee of nearly 100% . I have gone back and looked at previous transactions and their ******************** fees are well above 8% : actually closer to 14% .. I am including screenshots of these transactions as well, in addition to typing the discrepancies here - May 23 Gross amount: $28.31 USD paypal fee -$1.34 USD discogs fee -$***** USD = net **** (100% commission)April 27 Gross: ***** USD PayPal Fee-$1.72 USD Discogs fee - $4.32 USD =Net Amount$29.12 USD (****% commission)April 16 Gross: $29.50 USD PayPal Fee-$1.52 USD Discogs Partner Commission-$4.18 USD =Net Amount$23.80 USD (14% commission)April 15 Gross: $14.04 USD PayPal Fee-$0.98 USD Partner Commission-$1.68 USD =Net Amount$11.38 USD (12% commission)April 6 Gross: $26.75 USD PayPal Fee-$1.42 USD Partner Commission-$3.35 USD =Net ***** (****% commission)I have already contacted Discogs, initially receiving an automated response, then after contacting PayPal and trying to open a claim they contacted me saying there was an error (screenshot attached) but they have neither given a timeline nor responded to my emails in attempt to follow up. I would like them to release the ***** in funds from the most recent transaction, and since their Partner Commissions on previous transactions were fraudulent amounts, I would like to have those amounts ($13.53) refunded as well, for a total of $40.50, issued to my PayPal account, **********************

Discogs is claiming I did not pay for an item that I purchased, and left a negative **** on my account due to this. I have proof that I paid (PayPal receipt), and the seller will vouch for me. The transaction between the seller and myself is actually complete and went fine - the issue is 100% with Discogs. I can provide screenshots of the evidence of payment, and seller confirmation of it.I have opened a ticket with Discogs on their Zendesk (the seller did as well), but received nothing but an automated response that was not helpful at all. The ticket number is #******

I received abusive emails from discogs members, one person threatened me and another demanded I contact them outside of discogs which I refused. I reported the emails to discogs. Instead of addressing the abuse they banned my account. I want me account reinstated. I also just made a purchase and will have to cance the payment when the items arrive if my account is not reinstated.

An online company named Discogs deals in selling used compact discs. I placed orders with them over the past few weeks. On Mar 24th I ordered disc #******-785. They took my payment but the disc never arrived. I made them aware of this but they refuse to respond. I'm concerned that I've exposed my credit card information to an illegitimate company. I would like BBB to either get them to send the disc I ordered or refund my money. Thank you.
