I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding my recent car purchase with your dealership.I purchased a vehicle for $19,335. I provided a finance check for $18,150 and paid an additional $1,463.53 in cash. According to the contract, the remaining balance should be $278. However, there are several issues and discrepancies I need to address:Registration Fees: The contract shows a charge of $350 for registration and $215 for registration files and fees. I was not charged for the $350 registration, but it remains listed in the contract, causing confusion.Sales Tax: I was informed by the sales associate that the sales tax had already been paid, which was incorrect.Tags: I was told that my tags would be available for pickup, which also proved to be incorrect. Despite multiple calls to the dealership, I received conflicting information from different staff members.Delay in *** Processing: It took almost a month for my information to be sent to the **** I had to make a trip to the *** myself and make numerous calls to your dealership to resolve the issue.Given these circumstances, I am requesting clarification on the following points:How was the remaining balance of $278 used? Why were incorrect charges and information provided in the contract? Why was there such a delay in processing my information with the ***?Additionally, I was made to sign a paper stating that the sales tax was paid, but I was not provided with a copy of this document. The sales associate assured me, in the presence of two other people, that all fees, including sales tax and car registration, were settled. However, this was not the case. This deceptive practice to make a sale is unacceptable, and I have two witnesses to support my claim.Initial Complaint

September of 22 we purchased a vehicle from them. Purchased a warranty. Had problem after problem with the car. It has been in the shop for warranty fixes and there has been no resolution from them. The recommended fixes by two other dealerships that specialize in my make of car were ignored and improperly fixed by Beaverton Honda. The result is were without a family car, stuck with a rental bill even though their warranty fixes are why we are needing a rental. They have had extremely poor communication with us and caused the amount of time with a rental to be lengthened exponentially without even a partial reimbursement. Very unprofessional and slimy.Initial Complaint

Called today ************ ( Honda ****************** number) at 12:00 pm trying to make an appointment for a recall on my 2021 Honda CRV and an oil change. Waited on the line for 10 min, no answer, but the option to live a phone voice message, and I will be contacted / be called back within 15 min. Waited 30 min, no call back. Called again, waited on the phone for 28 min. Nobody picked up. Called again, this time Beaverton Honda main number ***********. At this number, a person picked up, I explained what I want, she said she can't help me but transfer me back to ******************. Again, I waited 20 min and got disconnected. I have spent 1 hr and 40 min, trying to schedule an appointment. Finally, I drove to Beaverton Honda. I schedule the appointment in person and I shared with the scheduler my concern. He took me to his manager. *** is his name. Very unprofessional, talked over me, and repeatedly saying that he has 9 employee answering the phone on Fridays and that there is nothing more he can do.Initial Complaint

I went there for a regular oil change that costs about $65 dollars and walked out (after 5 hours!) with over $600 of "required" replacements and a broken dipstick. For the past few oil change appointments, every single time they told me I must get this replaced and that flushed and every time it has been several hundred dollars. I can buy a new car if they keep this up. What a scam! After they broke the dipstick (do these people even know what they are doing?!!), they told me they ordered a replacement and it will arrive by 9am today. Well I called today and it has not arrived and they don't even know when it will arrive. I will drive around with a broken dipstick for days weeks or months because who knows if it will ever arrive! All the broken promises, lip service, and lies. They gave me a measly $25 off for the inconvenience. My time and trouble are worth more than the $25. I want a partial refund of $600+ they scammed me. The dipstick would never have been broken if not for all the replacements they scammed into doing. Who knows what else they broke but they just didn't tell me? I have zero trust in them. My previous car that I owned for over 11 years never had any of the replacements they demanded and it ran fine through the day I sold it. I want a meaningful refund for all the time and trouble you have caused me.Initial Complaint

I advertised my car for sale. This dealer contacted me and asked to see my car. I told them that my days are full and will have to come in a week or two. ***** has been texting me ever since, hounding me to come in for an appraisal. He keeps asking for "Just 15 minutes of your time!"Finally, I happen to be in the area and had 2 hours to kill. ***** insisted he only needed 15 minutes. Told me so a lot of times via text.I text back, he says he can get me in at 4pm. It was 3:55pm, I was around the corner, stopped in to get an appraisal before heading to daycare for pickup.Benida was quick to greet me and take my keys. Never saw her again. Ever."15 minutes" turns into almost an hour. I still had an hour to kill, but wanted to know how far along we are since I saw someone inspecting my car 20 minutes prior. I approach the counter and ask for an update. The guy condescendly explains how lines work, even though I had a 4pm appointment. He refused to provide an update or even look for one.He says, "So you just want to leave?"Um, no. I want an appraisal on my car, but if that isn't going to happen, then I have no reason to be here. He huffs and puffs, goes to the bullpen and gets my keys. A staff member asked him something and he loudly responded, "No. He's leaving!"10 seconds later, keys are in my hand. I thank him and walk out.He shouts, "You know, we can email you an offer since we already have everything we need! Want me to do that?"So, you had all you needed, you ignored me for an hour, once I decide to leave, you give me my keys and admit that you had no need to keep me there waiting. On top of that, you want me to "ask" you to email me an offer?SMH. I want them to stop contacting me. They text me, call me, email me, all day. I tried to be tolerant and polite, but not after they disrespected my time.I want it to be known that this place will say anything and do next to nothing. I also want them to discard my contact information.Initial Complaint

There was a warranty extension issued on our vehicle for a known issue. Honda didnt inform inform the owners. Had we known of the issue we would have been proactive prior to failure. Honda Beaverton said the vehicle needs a new engine! The initial warranty extension was due to a class action lawsuit for specific vin. #s. Same model and year, but our vin was supposedly not one of those vehicles although the same issue caused the damage. Instead they offered a warranty extension, but were no longer under the warranty coverage 8yrs or 100K miles (vehicle has less than 100K). Our vehicle engine failure was the same issue that lead to the recall/warranty extension. All service was performed at Beaverton Honda and zero warnings of the recall/warranty extension! Keep getting the run around as Beaverton Honda does little to nothing. Said they would submit a Good Will request for repairs. I eventually had to contact Honda ************* and submit the request myself. There hasnt been response unless initiated from me. Same run around Ill call you back but no answers.
