I had front passenger side, brake pads, caliper, and rotor put on my jeep patriot on August 15, 2023, it was put on by Gills point S In ******* *************, **************. When my break was stuck and smoking, I brought it back to have them look at it, the business had closed their doors with no notice to customers. It had reopened under ******** tire just recently when I went. They had to replace all those same parts on October 26, 2023., I have enclosed both statements of dates and prices. ******** tire cant warrantee another companies work. I called gills point S headquarters, I have been told for three days that somebody would call me by the end of the day, nobody has ever called me back, I get told the same thing every time I called, but no one will put me through to anyone else in the company. I would appreciate them standing behind their work, if their store in Concord were still open, Im sure they would do the repairs, or hope so, I would like them to refund the money for the front brake services done on August 15, my total for that part was $585.90, that is the amount for the parts, not even for the labor. It is not right to pay for that repair in August and then have to pay all of it again in October. I will look forward to your help in resolving this matter, thank you.Business response

I contacted **** on October 31st and discussed her vehicle issue with her. She provided an invoice for repairs done at ******** Tire with at a cost of $672.03. Gills Point S issued a check for $672.03 that was mailed on November 15th. **** agreed this was a satisfactory resolution for this situation.
