Contracting work began in October, 2021 on my parents house: ***********************************************************. Work was estimated to cost around $48,000 and be completed within 4-6 weeks. It is now March, 2022, work is still not completed and over $63,000 has been paid. Quality and follow through are sketchy and never ****** (the owner) fault - always his guys as he rarely checked in or visited the project. Our 8-week kitchen remodel for elderly parents is still not completed over 7 mos later. No one has shown up now for weeks, when the remaining work involved replacing a warped cabinet door, adjusting several other cabinet doors to close flush, replace broken framing around a lazy-***** cabinet, then he didnt leave pegs to hang all the shelving. We've had to hire our own ********************* to finish the work he was contracted to do. ****** latest excuse was that he wanted to prioritize clients who he hadn't already pissed-off, so we were again placed on back burner.
