On January 5th I went to an appointment to get hair extensions installed. After my appointment my stylist suggested that she would store my left over hair extensions in her locker for future use. On February 22 I went back for an extension removal. At this appointment she used the extensions I already had in my hair and we did not use any new hair. After this appointment I removed the extensions at home and kept them. On May 3rd I went in for another appointment and had a different service done. At this appointment she supposedly installed my new hair she had kept in her locker. But later in the month may 26 they came out and I noticed that it was a completely different brand of hair extensions. She had installed hair that was not mine. It was cheaper quality to the original hair I paid for. I reached out asking her to correct the issue and find my hair I paid for. She said that we used it all but that is not true. She said she would look but has not reached back out.Customer response

I was emailing to notify that Just Hair has since responded and resolved my complaint. No further action is needed.
