      Re: ORDER #******* & many other orders Hi. The heavy bodywash is too expensive for me to mail back, but I have an issue with it.It spoils too quickly as compared to the shampoo.I think the new formula is defective.I have wasted money on 5-6 gallons.I'd like a refund or store credit. Thanks.

      No, they haven't contacted me.  I guess they ignore the BBB.  It's gonna get them someday.

      Ordered over $180.00 of goods online on 12/4/22 with shipping window ***** days. After ************************************************************************************************************************** the following week. This was on 12/13, its now 12/29 and the order is still not even filled let alone shipped. They charged my credit card nearly a month ago and refuse to provide shipping estimate. This company is not being transparent with customers about what is going on with orders yet they continue to advertise and push sales on social media.

      Purchased November 26, order #*******. For the dollar amount of ******. Pay for shipping which should have been ***** Ground Flat (Ground estimated to ship out in: ***** days) for $9.99 USD. As of today Sunday, December 18 theres still no more information on when the item will ship out, only continual responses of the same matter which are our system was updated so orders are going to take a long time. I bought things that were on sale so if I cancel the order, I wouldnt get the price difference if I want to go buy it again to ************** out quicker. As a business owner, I think its grossly unprofessional to blame the system when there should have already been logs of all the purchases in paper format in case something went down on the system, and things still needed to be utilized, I dont really feel like me having to put my business on hold with no other explanation than weve been working on the same orders for two weeks now, and we havent managed to make it forward one day. If you can send emails out stating its gonna take a long time when its almost been a full month then you can have the respect of updating people on your progress and When their items are most likely to be shipped out instead of just saying deal with it its not our fault.

      I ordered a $140 order on Nov 28 and they have yet to ship my goods and won't tell me when they will be shipped.

      I ordered three products from Mountain Rose totaling 47 and change. This is a lot of money for me. The order was made at the beginning of the month. I followed the progress of shipping and checked in with customer service. I was given three separate dates: the order was expected to go out last Wednesday and did not. Then I was told last Thursday, it did not go out. Then I was told it had shipped when in fact it shipped Monday, and then I was told I would receive the package yesterday, December 16. The package never arrived. As of today, December 17, MR tells me they will reach out to me to find a solution. I had waited two weeks for something that should have arrived by now. I don't wish to hear any excuses or reasons. I just want a solution. This has been poorly handled.
