The driver with Deluxe Taxi never showed to take me to my appointment. I was late to my medical appointment because of this which is an on going issue, There was no pick up for me from the appointment because my ride was apparently canceled. They continuously miss my pick **** They don't show, or they drive by and state they cant find me as I watch them drive off. I am constantly needing to call *********** for missed rides due to issues on their end. My last counselling appointment my counselor drove me home because of this. I have medical concerns that would consider my health to be fragile and missing medical appointments while managing the stress of all this is not good for my heart or any other health issues I am experiencing.Initial Complaint

Ridesource has bumped me for the last 4 weekends in a row I am a disabled American who uses them to get to my job as well as doctor ************ and for my grocery shopping as well as trips to the pharmacy and recreational needs also .They keep telling me that they cant find a provider to take me but I believe they are discriminating against me. I always make arrangements on a Monday or a Tuesday just to make sure I will have a ride but in the last 4 weeks they have bumped me they called me on Friday evening telling me I have no provider. I prepaid for my booth at Holiday market where I sell my handmade jewelry I always make my appointments early in the week and the market is on Saturday and Sunday. They called me 4 times on the morning of of the market and tell me they dont have a provider and I have been bumped and would not have a ride I am disabled and cant just get a Uber and or taxi cause I cant transfer in and my chair wont fit in a taxi I lost my prepaid at Holiday Market and what ever I would have made that day. The problem is they would not even allow me to explain why I needed the ride and they didnt care it would not been a problem if it was just once buy 3 days was too much they were rude and disrespectful and would not give me they couldnt find a provider and just said I was bumped I just dont want it to happen again thank you ******************************* I feel like I am being targeted
