??????????????BEWARE??????????????The owner of this company is extremely disrespectful. Called me stupid and dumbWe had **** out to bid on our pool tile about a month ago. He came highly recommended by another pool company in the area. My husband met with him and was told he would send us a bid. After 2 weeks without any communication, we called to check on the status of the estimate. The office woman, *******, was very nice and said she would put it at the top of his pile and that he should be done with estimates by the following Monday. Another two weeks passed with two more phone calls to ******* and no estimate. I had clearly explained to her that we were waiting on this estimate and wanted to move forward with work quickly if the numbers were appropriate. She promised it would be done soon. I then received an email from **** stating he would not be sending us a bid. I called him to explain that this was very disappointing, especially since I had called multiple times and expressed wanting to move forward quickly. I told him this felt like a waste of his time and ours. On top of that, I hadnt called any other companies for estimates because I didnt want to waste their time if we already planned to go with this company. Now we have lost an entire month and are starting from square one. He then proceeded to call me stupid and dumb. His words were Are you stupid? Im not sending you an estimate because our schedule is full for the summer. Then, you must be dumb so Ill explain it again. I called him to express that this didnt feel like good customer service or business. I feel this exchange was a huge blessing!! The business owner, ****, has a hot temper and a foul mouth. All over something very small and insignificant. I cant imagine what would happen if it came to a issue on the job! After my experience with him today, I would NEVER hire him for anything. Even if it were free.

I looked at her project on February 22nd as I had some availability in my schedule. Since then, my calendar filled up with some very large projects. Estimates, that I gave prior to looking at her project, wanted to move forward and I knew I wouldnt have time to complete her project this summer. I didnt want to drag this out in hopes she could find another contractor so she could use her pool this summer. I sent her an email apologizing that I was not able to commit to the project. I followed up with a call, per her request, and explained this situation at least ***************************************************************************************************************************************** not, I also have the right to decide if I want to take the job. I cannot say yes to every project. Knowing I would not have time to complete the job in a timely manner, I didnt see a benefit in sending an estimate for a project I wouldnt be able to do. Ill file this complaint in the "dodged a bullet" category and would advise all contractors to stay away.
