On April 14th, 2024 I bought a 2001 ****** highlander from BC CARS LLC located in ************, **. The amount I paid for the car was around $4,808. The owners gave me word that the Title of the vihicle and my license plate would be mailed to me. After multiple calls they failed to respond about the title and license plate. On July ******** I was pulled over by police due to my license plate being missing. When the police pulled me over they informed me that the temporary License plate they issued me was registered to a Jeep renegade in ******. They also sold me a car that they didnt own the title to as it was still in the name of ****** of ******** Further more the business is selling cars illegally. They told me I should recieve my plate and title by Saturday, July 6th, 2024. I did contact the ****** of ******* to which they told me BC CARS LLC performed Illegal actions when selling me my vihicle. they will be helping me pursue legal action if they fail to give me my plate and title in a timely manner. In conclusion the vihicle also came with a range of defects. 2 of the windows dont work, there was a small oil leak and the inside cover of the hood they tucktaped together. They mentioned the fluids had been recently changed but I changed them to be sure and it was all old & expired fluids. They also zip tyed the bumper and grill to the car.Business response

we sold him the car as is him and his friend or who ever came with him check it out I gave him a discount on the vehicle I had done his transfer but didnt have his date of birth so we had to re submit it I have given him a 90 day trip permit that belongs to the car the trip permits do not belong to any other car
I have sent out his plates already and talk to his wife
