Quality Distributing LLC sold me a used item. They advertised the item as new in packaging through Amazon.com, and this was false advertising. It was not until I opened the item and placed it in my vehicle that I saw the back of the item was worn, falling apart, and had deodorant smeared on it. When I approached the seller about selling me a used item under false pretenses, they claimed I was lying, that was not the item they sold me. As a consumer, I should not have to worry about a company calling me a liar, and selling me an item thats used. Its unsanitary, and wrong. They have zero professionalism, and are getting away with selling used items as new, and calling their customers liars when they are confronted.Business response

I am sorry to hear your product was not up to your standards, however, I do assure you we do not sell used products and we do our diligence making sure 100% of the product being shipped is brand new. In the emails you sent where we had gone back and forth several times, we replied to you by offering a credit or a replacement. The last email is pasted below that we replied to you from your reply on June 1, 2023 9:48am in a timely manner. We are more than happy to credit you in full for your purchase or if you are willing to wait until your item is back in stock, we will ship one out to you as soon as we can get one for you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for the additional photos, the other photo looked to be a gray one. My response was based on the statements you made regarding buying two items on two orders and then sending me pictures that appear to be a gray item when we sent a black one. I am not sure if it is the website that makes it confusing or what but we have a lot of customers that reach out about random items we never sold to them, or items that are similar but actually a different item from a different seller. I did not mean to offend you or accuse you of anything, it is just a common issue that we get almost everyday. Usually making the customer aware that they are reaching out to the wrong seller corrects the issue. Now, as for your order I do see the area on your photo that you are talking about that appears to be defective, not used as we only sell new items. I do apologize for the defective item and we can correct this by sending a new one or offering a refund. This item is out of stock at the moment, if you choose to have any one shipped you will be placed on the back order list. Just let me know which option you prefer. Thank you
