      I was fraudulently charged for a prepaid **** phone over the last three months before I discovered it at $50.08 each month When I called in today, of course I got somebody in ******** and I called in eight times within 20 minutes because they kept paying up on me. Or they would transfer me to a department where I would have to enter a phone number, but remember I dont have an account with them, so I was finally able to get the department. The stupid c**** rudely hung up on me. For these reasons alone, thats why racism and discrimination exist Because these fat f*** in *******, who are making billions of dollars off of us are too cheap to pay minimum wage so they go to f****** **** and ***** and pay these dumb f*** one dollar an hour. Theyre uneducated and their English ***** and theyre not allowed to think all they can do is read off of a script

I have never used my Amex account to pay my bill. I have disputed this charge twice now. Looking at their website I found that although they have an Oregon address they are not a US company.

      My banking institution ************ sent me a text message or alert of suspicious fraudulent unauthorized transaction in the amount of $30.68 charged to my account credit card and in the number 8693 which that card has been stolen and my identity has been stolen These transactions were several other amounts. **** and ******* were one of them which I reported to in different. This is contained prepaid whatever that is I did not make that transaction. I stated to my bank institution they are disputing it with that company further I requested that it be refunded into my account , I do not order anything with my debit card online. I do not share it. I do not present any of my credentials to anyone online neither to anyone in person if I have any suspicion, these are not my transaction. Also, I might add that Vista prepaid has been on your list reported by mini consumers to BBB for investigation of illegal fraudulent activity.

The account is yes blocked because no further activity would be made up on me for such unauthorized fraudulent transaction in which you alone with Instagram has posted through social media in February ************************************************************ the 785 all of my ****** photos also allowed others to steal my identity and my health medical records my privacy was violated by ******** Instagram. You can mail a cashier check for that amount for the suffering and pain that I have experienced and losses and if you do not, I will finish with FTC and I see three against you that is wrong. Everything you did can affect children  and calls these teenagers further damages to as well as myself because suicide rate was high you retaliate against me because I reported your activity on my ******** Christian page to the Kansas state attorney generals office attack threat, and harm came to me.       Reading this message Im not entirely sure if the complainants response is to our case which is the $30.68 charge. Either way the only response I can offer is proof that the bank already made them whole. Please advise if anything else is needed to satisfy the complaint.

      The issuing bank, ************, ******************** responded to our providing of information about the transaction with the following: "Invalid, the cardholder continues to dispute the fraudulent transaction. The cardholder maintains they did not authorize or participate in the transaction. The cardholder did not benefit in any way from the transaction. Ch phone number not match and email address not given." This notice was provided along with ************ removing the funds associated to the transaction. The entire $30.68 was credited back to the cardholder.

      If additional Vesta transactions have been found, we will need the details of those payments in order to review.

      Hello!Some time ago (about two years to be more precise) I purchased **** prepaid *** cards for use in my data equipment.It so happened that the equipment was completely destroyed, along with the *** cards, and has not been used for more than a year.However, I only recently discovered that my account continues to be charged for unused numbers.Okay, I didn't strictly control payments while the equipment and *** cards were in use (and that's my fault), but now I have a problem: I can't log in to cancel and/or stop illegal payments (because VESTA doesn't recognize there is no other way to do this other than logging in from a registered number), and VESTA continues to take money from me as if nothing had happened.I want to immediately stop payments for the numbers ************ and ************ because the *** cards for these numbers have been destroyed and cannot be used.

      On August 26th 2023 I was checking my nightly Dasher Direct by PayFare account for *********** and corresponding text notifications that are sent to my phone immediately when a transaction occurs and noticed my account balance was lower than it should've been. Whenever I reviewed my transaction history I seen a Transaction that I wasn't notified of and didn't initiate nor approved of. It is listed as VESTA PREPAID and was for the amount of -$25.00 in the transaction details it only has a category listed as "Web" no contact, reference id or anything to identify the website/business.It looked familiar to what our Cell phone service charges are listed as so I looked at how they're listed. The VESTA name stuck out to me so upon looking at past transactions our ************ is listed as "VESTA ***** PREPAID" and is set to autopay monthly and always supposed to be for the amount of $53.73.Over the last 4 months that has varied and caused issues between us and ***** I then tried to call **** but they no longer take calls over the weekend and have 1+ hours wait times to speak to a Representative so I drove to the **** retail store and they reviewed my account transactions and compared it to the newest Unauthorized withdrawal from VESTA PREPAID and told me it wasn't done by **** cause theirs Always supposed to be listed as VESTA ***** PREPAID and it doesn't appear anywhere in my **** Account History or Payment transactions such but I did point out to them that February through July 2023 it just was listed as **** and the charged amount went up with out notification and without me noticingwhich they then respond by telling me I would have to call **** PREPAID **************** line to discuss that. I then withdrew or transfered all the remaining money from and Lock my Dasher Direct Account, cancel my card, pay $5.00 replacement fee for the new card and file a dispute with Dasher Direct that can take up to 6 mo to possibly get my money back from whoever "VESTA PREPAID" is.
