9/16/2022 - Bank transfer was initiated from business website at: https://account.directb.net/account/9/19/2022- The funds were removed from my account at ********** and transferred over to the requested bank, but never arrived. The trace number that confirms the delivery is: *************** I have spent hours contacting ********** to resolve this issue over the past 2 weeks. The call center they use in ***** continually hangs ** while you're either on hold, or talking to a representative. I finally was contacted by a supposed VP for **********, by the name of ******. She continues to tell me that they are looking into where the missing funds went, and they will contact me ASAP. To date, they are unable to find the funds, and continue to provide excuses as to why they cannot find it. Currently I am late on paying my mortgage, which will result in a penalty, due to **********s negligence and lack of competent customer support. I have also spent well over 10 hours of my own time trying to fix this issue, with I should be compensated for. Although I can go through small claims for that, if you're unable to resolve here.Business response

Thank you for letting us know about this complaint, we take all consumer concerns very seriously. While ************ is an affiliate of Directors Mortgage, ***** we are two separate entities and are both required to comply with Privacy laws. Therefore, we are limited with our information sharing regarding this matter.
We reached out to the team at ************ to ensure they were aware of the clients concerns. They have assured us that they have been in contact with the client and as of Friday 10/7, have fully addressed the issues with the client, to reach a satisfactory outcome.
In the event the client has additional questions or concerns, the team at Direct will be happy to assist him. If the client no longer has their contact information, Directors staff will be happy to provide that.Customer response
