I have been paying my car loan off for over a year now. My car was repossessed 2 days ago and I was told there is nothing I can do. I was late 1 payment for the whole month and 1 payment for a couple days. I called again today and was told again I had no resolution possible. I asked to speak to her superior and she informed me that she was the manager. I asked if she had anyone overseeing her. She then hung up on me telling me she want my babysitter in making my payments. I am a disabled vet and need my car. I can't afford the remainder of the loan paid in full but I can bring the account current. Please helpBusiness response

*************************,
you were given the option to get your car back and still can.
Unfortunately all late payments & fees would need to be paid, plus repossession costs.
please contact our office for the total.

We (Northwest Acceptance) are the original creditor for this debt. SOCS is assisting us in that collection effort. Until it's paid in full it will remain on your credit report as a repossessionInitial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle in 2022. I have always been in contact with them and called them back when they called and made my payments. They do not return phone calls and ******* is a rude $$# &$%#$. She attacks people when you call her back and for some reason, denies ever getting messages you leave. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was not reachable and missed my payments. Knowing that I have made my payments and been in contact, that when they got no response something was wrong? Now ***** is owed, no other option available, no car, and oddly they said my personal belongings are not in my car, which I have pictures they were. I had turned ******* and Northwest Acceptance into *** for theft of my personal belongings.Business response

When your vehicle was repossessed you were over 50 days late and you hadn't returned any of *******'s phone calls since your last payment was made on 10/25/2022. You were able and did pick up you possessions on Jan 4, 2023. Those items were removed from the vehicle and stored on sight. ******* was not aware they were on site because *********** lot attendant stored them. We apologize for the miscommunication.

Northwest acceptance has done nothing but played along with the autofraud that is accurate at this company also they refuse to fix anything on my jeep also over pricing my vehicle because it is only worth ********* not ********* because they think by over pricing the vehicle they can sell lemons to those who are disabled also have cancer I like to have this company shut down permanently because no-one else should be hurt by them.Business response

Unfortunately since we are a finance company, we don't have any control over the sale of your vehicle or terms of your agreement. We simply finance your loan. That being said we do have programs to help with safe repairs. You would need to contact your account manager for that information.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car at Sole savers. AKA Northwest acceptance Corportation) June of 2021. I was making my payments then life happened. I emailed ******* at the company asking her specifically if they had a hardship program through the company? Instead, I get a response back from her about Covid. Not what I was asking. I admit that i had fallen behind on a couple of payments, I called and spoke with someone there it wasn't ******* and explained my situation told them I would be able to catch up the payments on the 20th of May. Instead, they send the repo guys (****************) who obtained the car illegally. I was mowing my back yard and out of the corner of my eye I saw a guy lurking around the corner, I turned around and saw him go through my garage, the garage door was open just enough for me to get in and out. By the time I came around to the other side of the house, my car was in the driveway, and already hooked up. I never received correspondence from the company, nor have they ever reported my payments to the ************** and I checked every month for the past year. ******* stated that they sent me emails which I never got they had the right email address Letters sent which again I never received, they had the correct address. So, because the car was obtained illegally, I want my car back or I will have no other choice then to file a lawsuit against Sole Savers and ****************. I have witnesses who saw the repo guy entering my garage to obtain the car.Business response

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In response to this complaint, we have no record of ever receiving an email from
*************** much less a response mentioning Covid. We also have no record of any phone
call made to our office until after her vehicle was lawfully repossessed. We have
spoken directly with the recovery agent, and the allegations are false. The vehicle
will go through the legal process and can be redeemed.

I am rejecting this response because:
Everything that was said in the response is completely inaccurate. I had email correspondence as well as conversations with ******* at Sole Savers or known as Northwest acceptance corporation. They were not at my residence at the time of illegal repossession. Of course, the repo company is going to lie to cover their own butts. I have already started legal proceedings against **************** and Sole savers, AKA Northwest Acceptance. As far as being redeemed I have to pay the cost of the Car, Repossession, tow, and storage fees. Wow some resolution here.
Sincerely,
