I have received a billing for services preformed on 7/18/22. The bill was paid by ********** . Medical Eye Center claims they never received the check. I called both Guildstone and the medical eye center to try and resolve the problem. Medical Eye Center has not responded to my request. As far as I know they have not contacted Guildstone for check numbers or to request any information. Today I received another bill for this service that as I stated has already been paid.Business response

Hello,
Our billing department has been in contact with this patient and Guildstone regarding this issue. The charge in question is being resolved and the balance is not expected to be the responsibility of the patient. The patient has been contacted as recently as today, November 2nd, and informed of the status of his account.
