I had ************************* landscape my yard in **************. I signed contract 1/23/2022. He started work soon after. While he was using the ditch witch to put in sprinkler lines he tore up my sewer line. He also caused some other minor damaged to exterior of house. Paint scraped off side that my general contractor fixed. ***** was for sale and inspector said the sewer line was clogged. Report from inspector was on 3/8/2022. I had the plumber out to find out what was blocking it and he discovered the issue using a camera and dug up the issue. He sent me pictures that I passed on to *****. ***** went out right away to fix the problem. And he did repair the pipe. The inspector came out again and the pipe was at this time draining slow. ***** came out again and ran a hose down the line to flush the dirt out. That worked but now the inspector and buyer wanted a contractor to certify it was working correctly. I called the plumber out again and he used his camera and flushed the line. The plumber certified it was good. I got the first bill from the plumber for finding issue with camera and digging it up for $816.00. I sent ***** the bill and he Emailed me and apologized and said he would take care of the bill. I have the email. Then he stopped all communication with me. He would not answer text, phone calls, or e-mails. I then received another bill from the plumber for going out to certify the drain was working for $230. On 3/29/2022. I havent tried to submit that to ***** yet because I wanted him to pay the first one. I have all the text and emails to back this issue up.
