People were extremely unprofessional. These people did not have massage experience, didnt speak English, likely illegal Chinese immigrants. The lady who came in remarked how beautiful I was and how handsome my husband was. They made us feel very uncomfortable. The man came in with his zipper down. Terrible massage, was worried Id get hurt with the massage. Continuously lifting of the draped sheets, very inappropriate. They demanded we run our card again, they took payment prior to the massage. They really pushed for cash and had fees on their credit card transactions. They demanded tip, and even after we paid an extra twenty dollars to them they followed us out the door asking if we wanted water or candy. They have seductive pictures of women on their website. Suggestive of a *** parlor. This should not be a business present in *************. I doubt they are properly licensed or legal.Business response

I am the owner of Roxy Massage and now I respond to guest complaints
1. We are a massage shop approved by government agencies. All masseurs have legal licenses, and these licenses are displayed directly in the store for everyone to see. We are very dissatisfied with the malicious speculation and slander of our customers. This is For defamation by our employees, we may take legal measures to protect our rights and interests.
2. Regarding credit cards, this guest took the initiative to pay cash after walking in and did not make a request to use a credit card. We always accept credit cards.
3. Regarding tipping, this customer did not take the initiative to pay a tip after the service. When we asked if she was satisfied with the service, she paid $10 and asked us to give $5 in change. We also complied with the customer's request.

I am rejecting this response because:This is incorrect information based on our experience. I used my credit card but it was apparent that cash was accepted and was preferred.
The fact that we were leaving and were openly asked for a tip is inappropriate, especially considering it was a dissatisfying experience. It is not appropriate to follow customers out the door practically begging for a tip.
Our major concern was that we werent sure they were following hygiene requirements or legal requirements. the man that gave me a massage didnt speak english and was he licensed? We understand the location is licensed but are all the people legally working under that license? The man had his zipper down and was not trained formally how to massage. It was a terrible massage. He came with jeans and jacket and as a regular massage consumer it was odd.
Sincerely,
