we signed a service agreement on 4/19/22 for all natural pest elimination to treat our home against pest and rodent abatement. they showed up 2 times, once for 3 1/2 hours working on rodent ***** and again for 1 hour but still did not finish the job. the wood destroyers and ants in general have never been treated. we contacted all natural pest elimination 6 times the last time was october 2022, they will always say we will get back to you this never happens. we have paid them a total of $9885.00 and now almost a year later they continue to ignore our request for them to give us our money back.

representative stopped by said that they had sprayed for bugs showed us a few drill holes in siding nothing consistent. no solution for the rodent treatment gaping holes wire laying on the ground they seem to think all was ok. we are still almost 1 year waiting for the rodents/bugs to be removed/deterred from entering our home. no resolution.

We have made two attempts to contact the customer since receiving the notification. We have left voicemails each time and requested a call back to work on an acceptable resolution. First attempt was yesterday, 3/16/23 at 10:23 a.m. and the second was today, 3/17/23 at 10:00 a.m. So far we have not been able to contact the customer. We would be more than happy to work on resolving this manner if they will call us at **************.
